The drive thru moves really fast and Im never disappointed with the ice cream.

I have become addicted to chocolate milkshakes because of their speedy service,their cordial staff and of course their world famous soft serve!! Great job for keeping me coming back almost daily. For the last 5months.... possibly daily for the next year!!! Or better:)

They messed up my order and when I politely told them, they told me that they are busy and to go all the way to the back of the line in drive through and re-order what was messed up. This was very terrible after I waited in line for about 10 minutes.

Good customer service, but took a long time to make a blizzard and the blizzard was very runny. Just to prove a point I flipped it upside down while shooting a video because the blizzards are supposed to be so thick you could turn it upside down and it wont fall out. This is so far from the truth its funny. So my blizzard is sitting in my sink right now but dont worry Im not really missing it it didnt taste good anyways. I dont know what I was thinking I dont like Dairy Queen I just really wanted some ice cream and it was close. Why would you put a Twix bar in a blizzard? The candy type cookie part becomes gooey and no longer has crunch oh, and the caramel becomes so hard its hard to chew and gets stuck in your teeth. Do not get a Twix blizzard it is bad I should have stuck to my usual and got an Oreo blizzard I know I would have at least enjoyed that somewhat.

They have rotisserie chicken, but no other food. I found that odd. The ice cream was good though.

Very lazy and lack of courtesy for the job they are doing...I asked for a blizzard when I got home it wasnt even mixed..it had some toppings on top the rest was all vanilla icecream...super disappointed. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Never get the order right n then tell u that they cant take it back even if u pay for chilli dogs n dont get chilli worst experience ever

They gave my folks their order quickly and correct but my banana split was SUPPOSED to be 3 chocolate scoops with 3 cherry toppings with EXTRA Whip cream but this is what I got instead....3 vanilla chocholate dipped which might have been our fault the way it was ordered BUT there was only 1 CHERRY TOPPING AND BARELY ANY WHIPPED CREAM!!!!! Let me correct that...i did find the cherry topping on the dipped scoops so only have the whip cream issue this time

The drive thru is always packed and they got my order wrong again! I said no peanuts! I could have died! I got all the way home to find out that the rest of my order was wrong too. Ill go to Stone Cold from now on

It was great Ice Cream place, but They only had chocolate cakes. Plenty of chocolate cakes. The varieties were excellent. But I wanted a vanilla one premade. Thats the only negative thing. The Customer Service was excellent. Everyone was nice. Ended up buying 3 chocolate cups. Which was delicious but not vanilla.

Used the drive through and had great service. The workers are friendly and service was quick. I would highly recommend stopping on a hot day for an ice cream treat or quick hot dog snack.

Good fast service, quality food and ice cream.. only reason I gave them 4 starts instead of 5 is because the prices are a bit outrageous for the quantity of food/ice cream. Especially when ordering hot food.. portions are quite small. Nevertheless, the quality is great. Most of the time staff are nice & helpful.. once in a while you might get a... Ghetto/bougie... Employee. Take into consideration the neighborhood youre in at the time though. Other than that, absolutely LOVE Dairy Queen 💚💙💜

I have no idea what has been going on at this location lately. But I live down the street from this Dairy Queen and have been getting ice cream from them for a few months, and EVERY SINGLE TIME, they never get my order right. The staff is highly untrained and they don’t even know what’s on their own menu. Highly don’t recommend this location.

Went and placed order and asked for extr caramel on banana split. There was very little caramel. I called to let them know perhaps order taker made mistake. Person spoke to was very rude and hung up on me although I was polite in only letting them know i did not recieve what I requested and was charged for. May seem petty but when you pay for something and get home and see what you paid for is not there is wrong.Then to only let them be aware that the order taker and preparer needs to pay attention and give customers what they requested and the person you talk with about it is very rude..

I never leave reviews for restaurants but I felt it was necessary for this place. I am an ice cream lover and within the last two months I’ve been kind of a regular at this Dairy Queen and I have to say every other time I go here my order or my families order is wrong, they just totally disregard what I ask for and do what they want to do or they forget something it’s always one thing or another like no one listens, no one cares, no one is trained (it seems that way at least) and it’s just ridiculous! I was so fed up I had to do something

Ordered a reeses peanut butter cup blizzard. I only had 2 small pieces of chocolate and the rest was ice cream. HUGE diappointment. I feel like I paid $2.99 for an ice cream cone without the cone.

I have been coming to this location forever but its not a good experience anymore. Twice now have gotten a blizzard and after about the third spoon its all ice cream. Pretty disappointing because theyre not cheap.

For 1st time the line wasnt in the street they ice cream is definitely the bomb! When theres a long wait or long line thats how you can tell business is doing damn good.

I try to Blizzard for the first time two weeks ago. Ive never loved having brain freeze for a straight 20 minutes so much in my entire life I got a royal cheesecake Blizzard and finished it within 2 minutes. Five stars four four times the brain freeze for 20 minutes

Clean lobby area. Good service, but they need to train upside down or free. Its a matter of PRIDE you take in delivering excellent customer service and experience to everyone who comes in. Besides, its not like you are asking them to pat their heads and rub their stomachs at the same time.

Its ok, but the icecream cakes are more icecream than cake for some reason..the cake crunchy part is the best part and ofcourse they go easy on that part. If they made em half and half i would give em a 5.

Have not been to a Dairy Queen in years. They must order really small bananas for their splits it was like 2 scoops of icecream when you used to get 3 scoops and a whole banana. Maybe this is what the younger generation wants these days, less product for more money.

My favorite place to eat ice cream I come here at least once a week . They have the variety of items that I like . The service is fast and friendly and they even sell ice cream cakes which are great for Birthdays. The drive thru gets backed up but I usually go inside . Great place!

Literally the ONLY location that wont add cheesecake to milkshakes. Talk about customer dissatisfaction. Im reporting this location to corporate so they can teach you all about customer service. Attached is a photo of a Dairy Queen that did it for me that same night. Youre all just lazy! I will never come here again. And if you check the low rating reviews, Im not the only one fed up with their horrible customer service.

They charged me 3 dollars for a small cone. I was 10 cents short for 2 small cones dipped so I asked for 1 medium cone dipped and they gave me the small one they made already yet still charged me for the medium. Acted so impatient because I was 10 cents short and such a huge inconvenience......even though I was the only one in the place. 🙄

They have professional employees and they always make their ice cream top notch.
