Terrible Customer Service!! I order a large pick up order and the website says I have until 9:45 pm to pick it up and I get there at 9:35 pm and the placed is closed down, the phones off the hook, and the girl at the window gives me the nastiest look and wont even let me get my ice cream that I paid for. Completely ruined a big surprise I was planning all because you have some rude, lazy workers who want to close the place down early. Completely unacceptable, Id rather go to Zero Zest or something where at least they appreciate their customers! Your ice cream is overrated anyways and you stink!!

Best ice cream place ever. No other place competes with it! Best hard ice cream. The flavors are amazing! Freshly made each day! I mean can it get better than that?! Never disappointed! Getting hot fudge and crushed peanuts is the “cherry on top” haha for any flavor I get.

We had this Honey Hut cater 45 scoops of ice creams for our May 2021 wedding. They were easy to work with, as we picked up the ice cream the day prior and it had no issues with it melting on the way to venue. The next day we had ice cream at our wedding and it was perfect. Thank you!

Honey Hut has good icecream,I go there when Im having my car serviced across the street at Als auto repair.Als is a good place to have your car serviced. Al is a nice guy and reasonably priced. If you need quality repairs at an affordable price, I recommend Als. 5 stars

Overall, this place lives up to the hype 👍🏽👍🏽Pros:* Clean shop, spacious area for the staff to move without bumping into each other.* Fame. Many people know about this place already.* Super cool logo and bee mascot.* If you like chocolate flavored ice cream, then is the best place to get it...hands down like 6:30. They have a wide variety of chocolate (even some coffee, a cayenne chocolate, etc.) flavors to choose from.* Delicious hand scooped ice cream.Cons:* It is always busy so be prepared to wait. Sometimes you have to wait for good things.* Parking can be an issue during peak times.* Flavors switch up regularly. The batch of premium flavors may not last long and will be replaced by another premium flavor. This is a good/bad thing because they have some really unique flavors.Late August 2021:Ive visited Honey Hut a few times now. Ive found that it is not as busy if I go around 1 - 1:30pm. The Orange Blossom and Blueberry Crumble flavors are very good. The Honey Pecan is good, but the sweet ice cream and slightly salty pecans throw me off a bit. One thing that impressed me was that they squeegeed their picnic tables after a morning rain storm so that I had dry place to sit and enjoy. I have changed my rating from 4/5 to 5/5 stars.

What can I say, its an ice cream institution here. Amazing hand made ice cream with unique flavors next to traditional ones, generous scoops, freshly made toppings, fast service, and good price. Its exactly whats needed for a neighborhood ice cream shop. Definitely worth visiting if not becoming a regular. Theres a reason its been around for 45 years.

My experience at honeyhut was decent and the ice cream was very good, the only negative thing i have to say is the the line was very long and most of the employees were working becides one lady wearing glasses in the back. She was just standing on her phone laughing while all of the other people were working. I’m not sure if she is a manager since she was wearing a different colored blue shirt, that just stands there and observes, but she could have at least helped out. As i got closer to the window i saw her only paying attention to her phone. I’m not sure how honeyhut is ran, but that doesn’t seem the most efficient.

Love the ice cream, especially anything that have nuts in it. They have the best honey pecan and pistachio ice cream. Every spoon full is loaded with the nuts. The pistachio is seasonal but look forward to it every time. Great customer service too.

Well I heard all fuss about Honey Hut Ice cream so stopped on way back to East side with dad.I got single chocolate with some hot fudge.He got banana split sundae.He ate whole thing with a smile.I will say I enjoyed rich creaminess of ice cream the ingredients shine making end result not only flavorful and creamy but rich and decatant.A must try next Im over by Parma.Dad loved his. Sundae can you not tell!!!

This place is amazing, they have daily flavors and from my understand stay open later in the season. Ive heard stories of their key lime pie and pumpkin spice ice creams.So far Ive had their turtle pie and peanut butter cup sundaes and they are both incredible. They dont slouch on the portions either. I have tried to conquer a large twice now and have to be fully successful.I highly recommend them for any one with a sweet tooth. So all of you eating this lol

Locally owned and is a staple in the community. My wife grew up in the area and said its the best ice cream ever. After I tried it myself, I agreed. Its not full of sugar, they use honey to make is sweet and you can taste the difference.
