We went to Remixx last weekend and were very happy with our experience. We tried regular vanilla base and dairy free and they both tasted yummy. The addition of toppings and cereals really make these treats delectable and they offered a great relief for our sweet tooth on a beautiful sunny day.

Place was jumping! Friendly staff and choices were exceptional! Love the concept, its a kids kinda ice cream place. Weather your an actual kid or your inner kid wants out,Remixx will appeal to either.

The place is so much more than you think it would be. We thought, oh, ice cream topped with cereal… BOY WERE WE WRONG! They pulverize your cereal and toppings into the ice cream and it is exquisite… top it all off with more of the same and wow, it’s just great. The dairy free option hardly tastes different as well. And the portion size is crazy huge for your money. Just so good!!!

Been eyeing this place on Instagram for a while and finally got to experience it! Portion sizes were more than fair for the price, and the staff was very friendly and helpful in explaining how to order! My ice cream was super delicious, and I cant wait to come back and try more flavors.(I got cinnamon toast crunch with sprinkles mix-ins, vanilla wafers and whipped cream on top)SO YUMMY AND SO FUN! It was my first time coming here and it was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience I definitely would come here again there are tons of customizable selections for ice cream and Shakes

Once I heard about the concept of Remix, I had to try it! There are amazing toppings and add-ins to pick from! Here you get to relive your childhood by adding some or all of your favorite cereals, cookies, or candies into your ice cream. The staff was very friendly and explained the whole concept upon entering. All Covid protocols were followed! One idea would to be serve other flavors of ice cream for those who come that might not want all the toppings. But I think the concept may surround the idea of adding milk (vanilla) to your cereal perhaps. Fun spot, I ended up coming back twice in a week! 😅

Wasn’t sure what to expect, I like cereal and I definitely like ice cream. Can’t say the idea to combine them has ever struck me but I’m glad it struck someone to make Remixx! It was fantastic, such a colorful setting, so many interesting options and flavors! The employees working there were super friendly and professional, made the experience that much better. Great value for the price and was an experience I can’t wait to repeat, lots of options I didn’t get to try!

Cute new addition to Cleveland! A very bright, hip and clean ice cream shop. It is a vanilla based ice cream and then you can add your mix ins (cereal) and Toppings. I got Cardi Bee, very tasty and so filling. Fresh honey, and the hint of banana was fantastic. Go check them out!

Remixx has it going on!! Great staff and a great selection for my first time through!! Love the service..it was quick and clean. The ice cream was great! It was nice to be able to sub out for non-dairy ice cream. It was soy based, but hey..sometimes anything other than Dairy is good with me, haha. :)They had a menu based off of songs that was formatted like a music playlist! I got the Cleveland Shuffle which was a peanut butter lovers delight 🙏🏾🙏🏾 Fantastic experience. Will be back with friends!!

What a gem! We do not eat treats like this very often so we feel they should be amazing and this certainly lives up to that standard!! Friendly staff and lots of options for Dairy and gluten free.

This is a really neat spot and even though the base ice cream is vanilla, all the mix ins make the ice cream very flavor full. I Thoroughly enjoyed my sweet treat here and will be back. The people working there are also very helpful and friendly.

Everyone was very nice, a ton of options to choose from (it took me literally 5 mins to decide what I wanted), soon as you walk in it smelled like heaven lmao. What I got was delicious, I devoured it before the bus came lol well worth the visit, go if you got the chance!

Decided to try this little local place. So glad we did. It was great. They do still have covid-19 protocol signs on their door but are not requiring masks. We did wait outside & had mask on but still felt comfortable being there.

Great place for an ice cream treat. Delicious ingredients added to high quality soft serve makes for a entertaining experience. All of the young people at the counter are friendly and efficient, but especially Mallory, she seems to really enjoy her work and was very helpful guiding us through our visit.

I really liked this place!! The ONLY thing I would suggest to them though, would be to use bigger, deeper cups bc i would of liked a little more and it would be less messy on hot summer days! Other than that, it was super delicious 😋

I ordered through grubhub pickup and it was very quick/easy to retrieve my order. id highly recommend this to someone traveling into town - or even a local looking for somewhere to go. I got the spice up your life and let me tell you. my life is surely spiced.

Whoever the girl is with the pink hair needs training. For one you scratched your hair with gloves on and fixed my ice-cream touching my cereal.. then was rude and mad about it cause she nasty? Why are you mad about me wanting another one ice-cream???? I told her just refund my daughter her money it should have not been a discussion with your coworkers all she had to say was Im sorry Ill make you another one.. they did refund my daughter her money back and offered a free one. Customer service is a plus and that worker lacks it.... . First n.last time for me..

The kids working had pretty lousy customer service. The cashier was literally using his phone AS he was taking our order. The other kids working just werent friendly.My order was alright (it was a Snoop Dogg pun IIRC). The person I was with got the Smores item, but only had a few bites before throwing it out. It was bland and tasted more like cinnamon roll, not at all like a smore.And this cost $13!! Way overpriced for some vanilla ice cream and a handful of cereal thrown on top.We wont go back.

Taste is ok. They put too much on one serving so I ended up throwing like half away.

Imagine getting 2 cups to go, with no napkins, a d one of them filled so far you have to dump about 1/5 of it out before you can put it in the car. By the time I got home there was ice cream all over the center console, and had almost stained my luxury class Cadillac. Not worth even $1 will never go back.

I was going to go to Flower Child, however they were closed for the evening. I saw the lights at Remixx and decided to give it a try.The lady who greeted me at the counter was quite polite and very thorough in her explanation of their product and routine. She appeared to be training another lady and was doing a very good job, yet also is training the importance of being efficient. She was teaching the young lady how to prepare the treat and appear to do quite well at cleanliness. The trainee checked me out, was efficient, wanted to make sure I had a napkinand they both expressed that they hoped I enjoyed my treat and to come back. The treat I purchased tasted great and I will be going back there again!A lady who appeared to be the manager had visitors she was talking to, and they were right in the aisle way leading to the order counter blocking the way. She did not seem to care about social distancing because she barely moved when I said excuse me. The visitors did not appear to be customers, since they had no product in their hands.The manager could have chosen to take her visitor to the side in the front of the store so they would not be in the way. This would have also set a better example for their new trainee.

The milkshake (Strawberry Field) tasted like a vanilla shake, just blahhhh!!! I would’ve expected the shake to be pink and the addon’s to remain whole! I think the concept fails for milkshakes and I won’t be coming back! I Wasted $14. They also need to work on their customer service skills. Covid is not an excuse for a hello and thank you, please come again.

Unfortunately my experience wasnt pleasant. Understandable 8 is the instore limit due to space, we were #s 5-6. Our orders were taken and paid we patiently waited while admiring the wall decor and taking selfies. We soon noticed the next 6 had come in and our ticket was being passed over. The employee called another name of someone who came in after us and my daughter politely said you mean the name on our ticket. The other employee pointed out our ticket she was passing over on purpose as though she was determined not to prepare our order. There was no cleaning of the counter between orders. My order was prepared incorrectly. I asked for marshmallow and cotton candy topping I rcvd whipped cream and had to ask for cotton candy. The ice cream barely had vanilla taste.

This place is trash. It’s on vanilla ice with toppings.. Save your money and make it home. I was disappointed in myself

Oh I like the concept of the ice cream and cereal and the sweetness mix super great idea the only problem I think I had with it is that the cereal gets super soggy so it’s hard to eat I’m not a fan of soggy cereal so it wasn’t my cup of tea but you know if you can see past that I honestly think you will totally enjoy 100%. Super sweet and fun!!

This place is amazing! The fact they mixed cereal with ice cream is phenomenal! I loved it. Especially after being able to spend an amazing time with my daughter there! Keep doing an excellent job!

Absolutely lovely spot! Ice cream was fantastic, though the decor seems a bit too sanitary for a place called Remix. I was expecting to walk in to find something looking like a record store, but sadly not. But hey, great product makes that a trivial issue.

I like the concept but they only have vanilla ice cream and it wasnt particularly good ice cream.

Horrible.... staff seemed as if they had attitudes.......they sprinkle a little cereal on top and dont mix anything in the cups.....complete mess and horrible presentation. Would not go again nor recommend to anyone.
