I was delighted to find this next to the UH hospital when I was visiting. I ordered the 12 pack minis and they were made fresh for me. The employee was very kind and courteous. Most importantly, delicious cookies! A little pricey but worth the treat now and then.

Read the reviews expecting overpriced average cookies and unpleasant customer service. I got the exact opposite. The cookies were warm and delicious (especially the special Bananas Foster cookie) and not bad in price - 6 big cookies for $11. And customer service was great!

The building this establishment occupies has a banner on the side above the shop, welcoming visitors to University Circle with Welcome in Japanese, French, German, Korean, Hindi, Italian, Spanish, Chinese, Russian, Thai & Arabic. A positive gesture.

Horrible customer service cookies are good but if you want them you better pick them up they kept texting me telling me my order was on its way I went to meet them waited 1hour then they text me back saying my order was cancelled by driver if I wanted them I could come pick them upSo disappointing I double checked to make sure nothing went wrong the only reason they got a one is the cookies were good.

The cookies were Awesome! But I felt like I was politely kicked out. I placed my Cookies on one the tables to put my receipt up and to quickly check my phone and I was told that no body can be in the store. They should probably tape off the table areas so people know that they have to leave immediately. Kinda dampened the rest of my day.

Cookies are really good. Just the fact that they don’t accept cash and also would not allow tasters for the icecream flavors they had was a little rude i felt. The advantage they have is being the case western campus circle.

Zoey was so freaking awesome! She made our experience excellent. She was patient with our large order and even helped us get the best deal. The birthday cake vegan cookie was one of my favs.

Ordered 50 cookies and a cookie cake on 8/23/21 at 10:13pm for my girlfriends birthday as a surprise for delivery at 12:00am 8/24/21. The website prompted me to give the store at least one hour prior to delivery because of the size of the order, so for good measure I ordered at 10:13pm. After no delivery or response from store, I called at 12:30am. The worker told me, “Sorry we thought it was for tomorrow since the order said 8/24, we didn’t realize 12:00am on 8/24 was the next day but still during our shift” What planet do you live on?? what else was I supposed to list ?! I’m pretty sure we all operate on the same UTC date and time…. I chucked the experience up as a lemon and said sure.. just send it at 11pm on 8/24.. I called the store today at 10:30pm on 8/24 to make sure the cookies were going out, only to be told they ran out of birthday graphics for the cookie cake… WHAT. You had over a DAY to bake 50 cookies and make a cake… Eventually the cookies were ready to be delivered at 11:30.. only to be send to UberEats and never picked up due to a lack of drivers. I EVEN PAID A $20 TIP!! I canceled my order. I live in New York and wanted to send my girlfriend in Cleveland a birthday surprise through creative means… I guess insomnia cookies isn’t in the cookie business anymore. Thank you insomnia cookies for ruining a birthday surprise, giving me the run around, and holding my $134 another 5 days while you get around to refunding me. Never. Again.

Beautiful, Warm, half baked Cookies. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!!!

Ive been here after 11PM (it just happened to be late, no insomnia in the process) and this is a real treat. Even their sugar cookie and snickerdoodle are fantastic! (let alone the more complex types)... Grab a six pack, and ask about specials. I happened to be ordering for multiple people, and it was a great day, because they had BOGO dozen🍪 Luck was a lady that night!

I didn’t order anything but when me and my friends first walked in we asked if they had any water and one of the ladies said something in a smart way so i instantly could tell she had an attitude. she had orange hair in an uneven bob with an uneven bang.

I got 7 cookies for 20$. They were over done and they tasted cheap. The white chocolate was oily and the double chocolate was dry. Super disappointed. Also the store was so undecorated.I always saw the signs and thought it would be a cool store. Over all very disappointing.

I ordered the Lil Dipper which came with 12 mini cookies and buttercream icing for dipping. As well as a box of six cookies for my family. The cookies were so hard and overcooked. I threw them away because they were too hard and burned to enjoy. I ordered a pint of Ice cream and received a very small cup of ice cream. When I asked the employee was he sure this was a pint, he replied yes. It clearly wasn’t a pint of ice cream, but I chose not to argue and left. Needless to say, I will not be patronizing Insomnia Cookies in the future. Very disappointed because I had high hopes for a great experience.

I went there with my friends for some cookies, and #1 the lady had a attitude because I asked for a water so she made a smart remark and then when I asked her what she said she walked away .#2 it wasn’t even close to the time for them to close and they didn’t most of they options .And also the lady that works there that was taking our orders she is very unprofessional and if she don’t wanna work or be pleasant she should not be there .

Ordered online. $20 for 4 cookies for delivery! Ordered at 10:56pm. It’s now 12:28, and I just called to cancel my order. At 11:36 they said my order had just left the store when I called to check where my cookies are! Would not recommend!

Cookies are good, delivery is OK. Driver procedure not standardized. A couple come to the door and take pictures, others make me walk outside which defeats delivery during a pandemic. Needs to be standardized.

I give this location four stars because when I came, there was only 1 person working (about 10 people in line). Also, check your box or bag to make sure they gave you the right cookie. I saw them give 2 girls and empty box. Otherwise, everything else is good.

Visited store for first time was not aware that Macadamia cookie contained coconut. Was not able to eat them call the number to the store asking for a replacement for the two cookies and was advised they be more than happy to do that. However instead I was in a coupon to spend a minimum six dollars in order to get for cookies free. So not replacing the two cookies basically saying hey here spend more money. Friend him I received a cookie that was raw and not edible. Thanks for the coupon however likely I will not be going back.

Two girls there were rude, they literally didn’t have any cookies made and i got A cookie that wasn’t even cooked all the way and she put it in the bag still super warm so it fell apart.

Ordered 6 cookies and 2 milks. They were supposed to be delivered at 12:15, didn’t get them until 12:47 and when we did get them they weren’t warm, one of them was broken in half and one of them looked like someone ate part of it.When I called to tell them about our experience, India was extremely rude and basically said we were lying and wanted to know what we wanted from them. When we asked for a refund she told us we had to call a different number to ask for a refund.This is the second time we have had a bad experience with this particular insomnia. We won’t be ordering from them again.

First time going was Friday night. My order was supposed to be ready at 10 it wasn’t done until 10:15 even after I ordered online an hour or two before! I ordered 2 Of the 6 packs and an extra cookie for my daughter - got to my destination and realized her cookie was not in there! Outside of that, the Cookies were good. I decided to go back yesterday... cookies were hard and not enjoyable! They are too expensive for them to burn your cookies. Get it together please!!

Allegedly attempted delivery an hour and a half after order was placed. No phone call and never delivered. FYI I live 3 minutes away from the store. At least support is helpful and refunded the order, along with some coupons. Might be fine if you physically show up, but absolutely avoid delivery at all costs.Edit: Jan 27th 2020Seems this place has gotten its act together, delivery has been alright last time I tired it.

I made an order at 9:58 p.m. it is now 11:47 p.m. I still have not gotten my order this place absolutely wholeheartedly sucks.

Waited more than 2 hours for delivery. Delivery person then calls and says the address we gave sent them to a church. Upon verifying the address was correct, unsure how they went to wrong location. Told them we wanted to cancel the order because everyone had now gone to bed, then the delivery person hung up on me. Overall, a terribly disappointing experience.

If I could give less than 1 star I would!! This place, this company is a joke. Weve ordered here several times (you know, second chances) and each time has been a disaster. Ordered at 10 pm with a 1 hour delivery time. The 1 hour came and went, 2 hours then 3; calling about every half hour. Was told that their driver left for the night and they contract thru postmates. They advised postmates hasnt called or shown to pick up the order. They also said they didnt have a contact number for them. What kind of company will contract a driver that is this irresponsible. Sounds like bad business and customer service all around.The company refused to do anything for me but refund the order; which takes 3 to 5 business days. 3 to 5 business days for a refund on something that was never even picked up. Worst run business in area. If you want cookies, save your time, money and aggravation and go elsewhere. Biggest joke ever.

Cookies were extremely undercooked, fell apart from barely being touched and the entire cookie was like cookie dough except for the edges. Disgusting! I got one of three flavors and they must have been baked for five minutes max.

I ordered cookies last night and I didn’t get an update for an hour on whether the order was coming or not. I called customer service three times and was hung up on once and had THE RUDEST LADY. I just decided to cancel my order. It wasn’t too serious. I realized they were probably just busy considering everything going on. However, they decided to have postmates to deliver it because they didn’t have any drivers to deliver it? The postmates worker knocked so hard on our door that he knocked a birds nest down and killed a baby robin. Really heartbreaking. I will not be ordering from them again EVER. Don’t accept my order if you can’t deliver.
