Got myself out of driving my wife around to garage sales by asking, “Want me to get you that stained glass floor lamp you wanted?” Quite a selection here and the new lamp looks great in the house.

As a Designer in the community I go to Cleveland Lighting for all of my lighting needs. I can always count on them for their knowledge and professionalism. Had a wonderful experience with the team at Cleveland Lighting One. My wife and I selected fixtures for our entire home with Diane. She was professional, prompt with her proposals and very knowledgeable. All the lights arrived on time and look beautiful after installation. This was our first time shopping for lighting, so we did not know what to expect. The prices were very competitive and the level of service that we received was the major difference from the other lighting retailers we visited. We will be recommending CL1 to all our friends and family.

Remodeled the kitchen and bathroom in our small house. Went into Cleveland Lighting and Lorrie helped me pick the perfect lights for over the counter and over the table. Angela helped us sort through styles and finishes to decide on fixtures for our new home. She also had a lot of information on which light bulbs would be best to get the lighting we wanted. We bought everything during a sale and are very happy with the service and products from Cleveland Lighting.

Lighting and mirror displays are very appealing. We were able to see the light/mirror that we chose in use in the store restroom! That confirmed our selection. Pickup of the two mirror/lights was timely and simple with the assist of the store staff.

Amazing selection and great pricing! We are remodeling our kitchen and ended up replacing other lights in our home. In addition, we replaced our other bulbs with new LED bulbs and are already noticing a difference in our energy usage. We will definitely be back for our next project :)

I really cannot say enough about how helpful Betsy was in solving our lighting dilemma. She helped us track down the perfect product. She helped us find a matching one at a great price from the manufacturer when we learned it was discontinued. She offered so many ways to make the purchase convenient for us. All the little things added up to a perfect experience, which was much needed in the middle of a renovation. Theyre the best around; trust us, we did the run around. Great showroom, great service.

Was in Cleveland visiting a friend doing a home renovation. We went to Cleveland Lighting to pick up his order. While at the store, I found a chandelier that would look perfect in my own home. I ended up buying it, and Cleveland Lighting shipped it to my home in Canada. Love my new light, and thank you Cleveland Lighting!

I recently visited cleveland lighting for the first time and wow i was impressed. I just remodeled my house and took advantage of their 1/2 yearly sale. I shopped online and local and these were by far the best prices i could find. This is a hidden gem!

Had a great experience . Just bought a new place and Matt was very helpful finding me just the right lights for my kitchen and bathrooms. Everything was easy and the prices are very reasonable!

Store advertised a 55% off sale from list price. The item I wanted had a grossly inflated list price. (I researched prices thoroughly before shopping there.) Based on their list, I would have only saved 10%.They did not earn my business.

Cleveland Lighting was a great resource for our landscape lighting: professional, helpful and conscientious, competent and reliable. We are delighted with the results in our expansive back and side gardens, and look forward next to finishing the front.

Bob was super helpful and nice! But there was and older women with short hair that was literally talking about customers in front of me while I was being ringed out and I asked for her help at first and she was just plan rude and nasty!

Walked through the entire store looking for table lamps. Not one person said hello or cared that I was there. So, I left. Will take my business elsewhere.

I was traveling through Cleveland on Business and came across Cleveland Lighting! Wow! What a store! The staff were so knowledgeable and they had pretty much anything to do w lighting! If you need lighting this place is a must!!!!!

Terrible customer service. We were put through the ringer--fixture arrived months late and was mostly nonfunctional when it arrived, despite the efforts of our excellent electrician. We then had to pay an electrician to remove it and drive it to the store ourselves to return it. On top of all of this, I do not believe we ever received an apology. I wish there was another lighting store in the area that I could go to instead, but around here its either Home Depot or look online. We ended up going to a lighting store while visiting family in California and ordering through them--which turned out perfectly and we were even reimbursed for the installation fee. This illustrates the importance of competition.

Cleveland Lighting was a pleasure to work with. Our experience started in their beautiful showroom and was followed by prompt and professional installation of a couple of fixtures in our home. Unfortunately, one of the fixtures was defective. Marty (the owner) was very responsive to our problem and Tim (the installer/repairman) replaced the fixture once the replacement was delivered. Correcting these types of problems is a key element of customer service and one often ignored by the contractor community. I would love to work with Cleveland Lighting again and recommend them without reservation.

Beautiful floor lamps, chandeliers and ceiling fans.

I brought my family into the Lyndhurst store excited to select lighting for several rooms in our new house. No one in the store greeted us or acknowledged that we were even there. I said hello to the man at the front desk and he simply gave us a curt nod. We continued to the left of the store searching for the perfect chandelier and noticed two more reps conversing but they didnt lift there heads to greet us nor give us the time of day. The last straw was when yet another rep got up from her computer as we approached, walked right past us without speaking and went into the back room behind the man at the counter.That was it! We were out! Upon exiting, I mentioned our dismay at the front desk and got nothing but another expressionless look. We took our business to the competitor down the street and was immediately greeted with a smile by a sales rep who eagerly assisted us in finding the perfect chandelier and other items for our new home.

Poor customer service. I was there to purchase several light fixtures for my home remodel. I walked into the store, was not greeted verbally or even with a smile. I observed 2 reps servicing one male (laughing aloud). No one ever assisted me. I walked through the entire store without any acknowledgement from staff. Left the store with my credit card and decided to stop online at Lowes, Home Depot and Wayfair. I will NOT be back.
