I have been trying to get my bank to reverse the charges I spent at your store...I asked all the right questions and your STORE MANAGER straight up lied to me, I wasnt notified of the no return policy, never used the products I purchased because I asked if the toy was for insertable play, manager said yes and then I read on the box its only for EXTERNAL play. You cannot lie to me about some b.s. legality that the toy HAS to say its for external use only because other toy manufacturers actually tells you on the box insertable length and total length...the items I purchased from your location gave none of that. Stop trying to say the purchase was legitimate to my bank when I had called numerous times and I still felt dismissed and talked down to and told there is no return policy due to COVID...when your managers dont have knowledge or training on your products you should take responsibility.
I will be making my first attempt to the corporate office to tell them about my experience.I spent approximately 600$ on garbage last night.But due to no return policy due to Covid which they do not tell you about until your purchase has already been rung up, I cannot return anything so it will be going in the garbage.I will be updating this review with each attempt to corporate office with the results of the call. Very unhappy with this place bought a defective toy told I be able to exchange it for something else and pay the difference got to the store that was a lie wont ever go back again to thos store in North olmsted
