I love this store. I walk in and dont feel judged for needing the things I need or buying the stuff I like.

Amazing experience! The two gentleman working were such a help and so personable and I wish they would open one in Michigan and have those two men work there. They made our day with how polite and knowledgeable they were.

I went to this location for the first time on this past ladies night. My friend and I were immediately greeted by Jessica and Antoinette. They were super upbeat and friendly. They started telling us about it being ladies night and asked if we needed any help. As Jessica started explaining some of the newer products they got in, I noticed Antoinette greeting other shoppers just as nice when they came in. Jessica was very attentive to us and answered any questions we had. She made it a very fun experience at this location, more so than other locations I had previously been too. She seemed very interested in making sure we made purchases that we would like, as opposed to feeling like I was being sold what she wanted. Both ladies were amazing at making sure each patron was given the same amount of attention. It truly was an amazing experience and I don’t think I will be going to any other location now. Thank you ladies for an amazing shopping night and will definitely be back!

I went to this Adultmart and the management there was so helpful. Jess really took the time to ask about my needs and what I want to see from my next purchase. She was very patient and was able to guide me to purchasing my next toy. She even asked me questions that I hadnt even thought to ask myself. Jess was very friendly and personable and treated me like a friend. I never felt awkward asking questions. I was even introduced to new lubricants that had flavors. I had no clue that they had gotten so advanced, since the last time I bought them. We had a really good time and she showed me how to mix them to create the flavors that my partner and I want. This has been my favorite adult store that I have attended. Im already planning my next trip back!

The manager Jess it very forceful with her approach on sales making you feel that if you dont spend $$ your not worth waiting on and I overheard from another store on I think it was 150th that Jess likes to get other associates from other stores fired out of her own jealousy.How pitiful.Who hired these kind of people.

I have never felt so disrespected in my life, the Manger should absolutely not be employed here. She is rude, inconsiderate, seems desperate for sales, and dare I say a racist.She was incredibly aggressive after I declined assistance and followed me around the store way to closely, I felt like my personal space was being invaded. I could have forgotten all of that except, I took a phone call from my mother who only speaks Spanish while *attempting* to shop. After this when she spoke to me her english slowly became more and more broken as if she thought I couldnt understand her. I ended up leaving with out making a purchase and will not be back any time soon.On a side note the store was much cleaner that I expected it to be and smelled great.

Not my account but wanted to leave a review this was an odd experience after being asked if I needed help 3 times in ten minutes I was offered help anyway so I went with it and made a purchase but the opening unwanted and live demonstration of usage of the item that actually was for a friend was completely weird . I will go to Spencer’s or shop online for items that was just to bizarre .

Great staff. It’s geared more towards mlf/mlf play. There’s a tiny corner for mlm toys but there’s nothing advertised towards gay women. The head cleaner that I bought was crazy overpriced for the size of the bottle and the underwhelming results.

April was amazing and so helpful. Great experience overall.

Came in to shop for a preset for my GF. Employees gave me many great suggestions but I noticed they spent their downtime huddled by a few space heaters... I could barely shop for 20 mins let alone working all day here I don’t know how they could stand it....

Stopped by on a whim to browse for new items. Left after a few mins after realizing there was no heat. Associate said heat is broken.

I love this store always has what I need at all times....

I went into this store on the evening of 11/23 and noticed it was almost colder inside than it was outside. When I mentioned something to the associate they let me know that the heat was broken. I ended up leaving since my hands were so cold.

Service was terrible and was not aware or told about the return policy. Was followed throughout the entire store because we were colors... the “white” customers were not followed.... Came back and the staff was extremely horrible and could not help or offered to help in any way.

Two females working at 8:45pm on 07/16/18 were extremely immature And rude. Need new workers badly.
