Sold us the incorrect charger that accompanied the reconditioned battery we purchased. We were forced to eat the bill to send the WRONG charger back to them. Totally ignored requests for help. Stay as far away from these crooks as you can! They dont even know their equipment well enough to send the right components and then force the customer to pay for THEIR mistake!! They certainly live up to the CON in Arcon!!

Purchased a charger and had a battery reconditioned by this company. We spent over $4k with them and shipped the forklift direct to our customer. It arrived and we spent around $2k to find out what the issue with the charger was. Don offered to send out a replacement charger which was the correct thing to do. However, he forgot to address the money we spent finding out the problem he had created and then asked us to pay another $225 to ship the bad charger back to him. We didnt purchase equipment from this company so that we could spend more money on it. Bad business.
