Parts depth. Very helpful, & respectful. Most importantly, they were open when I needed them.. Sales not pushy, even wanted to see all the mods that I did on my 85 Rebel.

They only care about what customer will make them more money. Whenever I call they just push me to the end of the line because someone else is going to spend more money than me there. Terrible customer service and all in it for the money.

A BMW wasnt my first choice when I went looking for a new motorcycle but its what I ended up purchasing mostly because of how I was treated here. A test ride is a rare experience everywhere else yet encouraged here. It solidified my current decision and has me ready for my next one.

Great people, great service, everyone treats you with common courtesy and will answer ANY questions or concerns. Yes, you may have to wait your turn if they are busy with a lot of customers....but if you cant kill a couple minutes looking at motorcycles, Stihl chainsaws, lawn mowers,snowblowers, and all the miscilaneous gear and products, you probably shouldnt be there in the 1st place! Great customer service. Repairs done right and I know....I am not easy on mechanical toys I own. Service department is experienced and 1st class.

Absolutely the worst service department I’ve ever delt with for motor vehicles. They replaced my crankshaft under recall for a 2015 CBR and put the new one in wrong! When I brought it back to them they were convinced it was bad spark causing the problems, ordered a new spark plug and didn’t even put it in for two weeks. I took my bike back and brought it to state 8. They took apart the engine, found the bad crankshaft with a stripped bearing and are trying to contact Honda to cover it. This is a $1500 job I will have to cover if Honda won’t because sills screwed up. Take your bike anywhere but here. They are very unprofessional and don’t know what they are doing. I wouldn’t even bring my lawnmower to them.
