While playing my 14 year old guitar that has Sperzel locking tuners, the A string lost tension and could not be tightened. I contacted the company and spoke to Roger. He diagnosed the problem over the phone to be a worn out plastic button. I live close to the company and Roger invited me to bring my guitar in and he would make sure I had the correct button that would match the tuner casing. Not only was Roger correct about the problem, he remove the old buttons and replaced them with new chrome buttons which will never wear out. A great company that stands behind their product, their customer service is awesome.

Havent been there but do have their incredible locking tuners on my 25 year old Swiss made Blade guitar. They are excellent still to this day!!!
