My experience with company has been great so far. I called when my hose had a problem with the machine.They sent me another hose the only thing is the new hose was missing a part and it took forever to get to me.Customer service was great and professional.

Horrendous customer service. Been trying to get a RECEIPT (because they never gave us one): a single piece of paper mailed… or a pdf file in an email. Without it, were paying needless insurance fees.Do they return calls? Do they answer the phone? Do they respond to email messages? No³These people shouldnt be permitted to be paid by Medicare / Medicaid / private insurance. Theyre incompetent and irresponsible. Not desirable traits for a firm that supplies healthcare and life support materials and supplies.

Horrible company with horrible customer service well my story begins almost a month ago I was given a nose mask for my CPAP machine but I am a mouth breather and told them that I am a mouth breather because severe allergies I tried the nasal mask and felt like I was suffocating so I tried to call them back with extremely long wait times over an hour and 40 minutes the first time to talk to someone and was told I will have you called back by a sleep therapist by the end of the day no call back matter of fact I waited 2 days before calling them back.This back and forth and I will call you back is frustrating to the point I called my insurance company and let them know of an issue because I have been unable to use my cpap for almost a month and my insurance is going to stop paying for it.

Be ready to have to chase MSC Sleep down if there is anything wrong with your order. They do not call you, email you or send something in the mail. For example my HSA card did not have enough on it to cover the bill. They will just freeze the order and make you call 5-7 business days later asking why my medical equipment did not arrive. Then have to wait another 5-7 business days for your medical equipment to arrive. Or if your insurance denies your claim for whatever reason I had to call them 3 times. Each time they said “Your supplies are on the way”. It should not take a month to get your supplies. We will see if I receive them in the now third Time promised 5-7 business days. Very irritating.I have a new update to my Nightmare experience with MSC. I have finally received my order only to find out that MSC accidentally doubled my order. They then had the audacity to threaten to charge me if I did not return the items that they sent in THEIR ERROR. I would have sent it back if they did not do this and just asked me politely. But now I am going to enforce my rights as a consumer. According to the FTC “ By law, companies can’t send unordered merchandise to you, then demand payment. That means you never have to pay for things you get but didn’t order. You also don’t have to return unordered merchandise. You’re legally entitled to keep it as a free gift.”

Service is awful. they continually make unsolicited calls trying to sell supplies. When you need something they are incompetent. Three times now I have ordered something and they have said they are sending it. Then they found they needed a new prescription or insurance info and never told me until I called back to see what happened to my supplies. Right now I am using a air tube held together with tape due to their incompetence.

Nearly every time I deal wit these people they give me out and out false information and tell me things that just aren’t accurate. I’ve recently lost a swivel part. ( i think the dog ate It ? ) after being told that i was eligible for a new setup including a new chamber and head gear which would come with that part none of It ever arrived!! When I called to find out why I was told that I was not eligible and no order had been placed for any of that!!! What the absolute F why would you tell me you were sending me something and then just be like hehe f that guy ?!?!

I was forced to change supply companies because my previous one did not have the portable oxygen machine I needed. I would not recommend this company ! Their equipment is not reliable I’m now waiting on a third yes third portable oxygen machine due to it not working properly, they are not concerned In providing any delivery details other then their drivers do not stopTill route is done or driver will contact you very frustrating when you rely on oxygen to function and be able to go to work. Other companies I have had delivered or came same day since folks rely on having this equipment. I have been shipped wrong tubing twice just appears this company lacks in ensuring their clients needs are met in a timely and professional manner. Their staff that answers calls and places the orders are unprofessional and extremely unhelpful!

I was able to schedule an appointment for the next week instead of waiting longer. I enjoyed my visit - all of the staff was super helpful & friendly. They made sure our class stayed on track for the start & finish time. We were given all of the information and materials needed to be successful with our new CPAP machines. Would highly recommend!!!

If you ignore the automated phone system and get thru to a human, service is pretty outstanding. The girls on the phone are very helpful and courteous. Ive dealt with other suppliers and found them to be indifferent at best. These are decent people that care

They delivered my Mothers wheelchair the next day. The staff is very efficient and handled all the insurance paperwork. When they delivered my Mothers hospital bed the next day, the technician was very helpful. I highly recommend this company

A cpap was ordered for me by my primary care in May. I had two different insurances. Due to a warehouse error, I didnt receive the machine until August. I was just informed by the company that they cannot bill until the machine was delivered. When I asked why I had to pay even though it was their mixup, I was offered a payment plan. The customer service representative was nice but left me hanging with a bill that should have been taken care of by the insurance if there was any accountability held in regards to the warehouse staff.

Finally had to admit it was time for a CPAP machine. Family is ecstatic with my new lack of snoring... :-) Whole process has been made so much easier by Medical Service Company. They stay on me about my progress (in a good way) and help me stay on track. Great customer service, pretty much set you up and put you on a no hassles plan. Couldnt ask for more!

We have used this company on and off for over 8 years. While they USED to be a great, responsive company they are no longer. Not surprisingly the people that worked there and got things done in their Cleveland office (the one I always dealt with), are no longer working there. We received wound care supplies from them under Medicare. Six months AFTER they lost the Medicare contract to provide those services (they were prompt in delivering proper stuff) they told us and tried to back Bill us for those 6 months of uncovered services. I complained bitterly and threatened to take them to small claims court, I heard nothing else from them. Now we have a hospital bed we got from Hospice and we are no longer (for past 18 months!!) With hospice, yet supposedly hospice is still being billed for it. Now he needs an overhead trapeze And they tell me they no longer have THE Medicare contract, so it has to come from hospice!! Talk about a run around!! Also New staff constantly and that tells you something right there!! I would probably avoid then as they seem too unstable and inconsistent.

I have not yet been to the company but I have spoke to several staff people the customer service is excellent theyve helped me with the CPAP machine they sent a representative out he went over everything step-by-step and he showed me how to use the CPAP machine I have used the CPAP machine it has helped me a lot and I would recommend your company to a friend family member thank you for your help and Im looking forward to working with you for a long long time

Excellent service. I took my BiPAP machine on a trip but forgot a part needed for it to work effectively. They overnight-ed the part to my hotel and my machine worked fine for the rest of my trip. Great Service.

Have used this company for over tens years. In the beginning their services were efficient, and phones answered quickly. Now phone calls take up to 20 minutes to get anyone, and when you do they are not very informed even up to the management level. Recently they have even shipped me products that were not sterile, and would not let me even return them for same item sealed- which is appalling for a medical services company to do. You have been warned.

Thank you so much! The hospital bed, commode and transfer board have made such a difference in my moms comfort level and I appreciate how quickly, easily and professionally they were provided. I especially appreciate your driver Robert who muscled the bed into our house at the end of what was probably a long day for him... and in the rain. He never let on though, just brought it in, set it up and patiently explained how to operate it and who to call if we ever have any issues. MSC is an oasis of excellence in a system pocked with thats not my job attitudes. Im grateful for the difference you all make!

We used them, the first machine kept alarming, had to call and urge them to bring another, at first they were not going to, called back and spoke to Jeff, he was good, made it happen, the second machine was better/newer, but moisture starting to gather in the tube, had to have them come out and pick it up, we had their service less than a month, terrible to deal with except Jeff, just got another bill for a time period we did not have the service AND they took money out of our checking account for that period we did not have the service. I called the insurance company about the second bill, they called medical service company, and the insurance company was told to tell us to disregard the bill, it was an error.

MSC has been a wonderful provider of my BPAP equipment. On my first day with the equipment, I broke off a part. Mary Ann responded to my call and came out with the replacement on a Sunday afternoon. My equipment is easy to use and easy to transport. I have taken my machine on two air trips and a week long Cruise. I was amazed that my daily reports were transmitted daily via the ships Wi-Fi. My replacement supplies arrive every three months easily.

Pre business hours on 9/22 I called with an emergency. My oxygen concentrator alarm went off, had to turn machine off. I got their emergency contact (an answering service). after I explained my problem and that I am now breathing off a tank that will soon run out, all seemed taken care of. the service even called me back to confirm order and address. 4 hours later, Im still waiting for my delivery. I called the company. no record of the order, I was told. They will try to get some one out there this afternoon. TRY? REALLY? BTW, there was no apology even when I asked for one and the woman wouldnt put me through to her supervisor. Customer service horrible, phone person rude.

I received an email from Medical Service Company to rate them. I tried a half dozen times to rate them a 7 out of 10, but kept getting a rejection message saying the company would not accept my rating. I tried rating a 10 and it accepted it first time. I went back and tried to rate a 7 and again it kept rejecting my rating. Thats why I went to Google to rate this company. They are only mediocre at best. STILL SAME ISSUE. I had to make 7 phone calls just now with significant amounts of hold time before I could get a human response. Not sure if this is due to staffing issues but this isnt the first time this has occurred. Also now they are charging for short term use of oxygen supply equipment. This had been a free loaner service in the past. The lady on the phone said that it had to do with insurance? Extremely disappointed with my recent customer service experiences.

Over all you are a five star company. Kudos to Alica out at the front desk. This woman is awesome.My only complaint is the lack of compassion when I call for a c-quall. I have to go on my husbands condition and how he is feeling when I try to get a machine. I know you like advance notice, most of the time for me that is impossible.I called on 10-09-13 early in the morning, and asked if there was a possibility of getting one for the next day. I believe she said her name was Shirley...WOW THATS MIGHTY SHORT NOTICEYou either have a machine or you dont. Again, Im aware its short notice. Work with us. We are the care givers, and we have a huge burden on our shoulders as is.

Glad to hear Seeley Medical is taking over providing medical supplies. Every order my husband placed over the years was incorrect!! A few items, yet wrong! Would say they would pick up incorrect things, usually did not. Every time resulted in multiple calls. A lousy company to deal with, I needed a wheelchair to leave nursing home and it was supposed to be all set up and delivered before my day of departure,hah! After many phone calls and promises that the chair would be delivered on that day and a no show..my neighbor had to drive to Oakwood Village to pick this chair up from Trumbull Co., all so I could be home by Thanksgiving. To add insult to Injury, the billing your acct wasnt on a constant day,so you would never know when they took money from your acct,and I called them on it and their answer was we take after Medicare pays..whenever that would be..it the end this wheelchair costs about 1300 bucks, I could have bought one from Amazon for 350.

I have been working with Medical services for the last 3 yrs and I have to say that the services that they are horrible and should not be able to work with elderly or disabled people at all. They take advantage of people and all out lie to keep business. My machine has been broken for over a year, first I was told that it was not broken. After my nurse looked at the machine and confirmed what I already knew, Medical supply agreed to send out some new parts (that never came). I have had horrible head aches as well as sinus infections that do not want to go away. This machine has cost me more money between all the extra water that I have to put in this to keep it running through the night and Doctors visits and medications. When I decided to go with another company, I was informed by Medical Supply that There was to much red tape and that Medicaid would never approve it, But Medical supply would let me know when there contract was up. Thank goodness a family member called Medicaid and guess what, another Lie. I will follow up with the BBB and who ever else I can. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE AWEFUL AND ARE NOT LOOKING OUT FOR THE CUSTOMERS BEST INTEREST ONLY THEMSELVES. THEY WILL DO NOTHING FOR YOU AFTER THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY!!

My insurance company switched providers and I had to wait 2 months for my new machine then they never said it was on its way or gave me the choice to come in and get used to my new machine when it did finally get here I had to call a tech and they have not responded back unacceptable if you need more techs to answer phone then hire them this is a serious situation and no one to talk to

HORRIBLE company to do business with! Customer service is lacking on every level. Took this company several days to come out and repair a bed for a client. Had no problem taking your credit card for the $100 service call fee, and many, many follow up calls to get a response. Wouldnt recommend this company to anyone!!!

Horrible horrible service. Before I was to get discharged from the hospital, I needed a nebulizer for asthma medicine. The discharge nurse called my insurance to get an in-network medical supply company and went with this place. I waited literally 6 hours in the hospital before.I called them to get the status. They gave me some delay information that was BS. I had to fix everything. I was told to be home for a 7pm delivery of which I was. I called them at 8:30 to find out the delay. The driver was supposed to call me and it is almost 9:30 pm and NOTHING. I hope I dont have an asthma attack.

Even with insurance, they charge nearly full retail cost for supplies. On top of that, they regularly send the wrong equipment (only once out of 5 shipments have they actually sent the right thing). Closest thing to a scam as Ive encountered in the medical supply industry. Stay away.

Was told I would be contacted first, that never happened before someone was at my apartment delivery at 11p without notice. Then continue to lie about delivery and delivery again without notice,had to totally pickup myself as once requested by customer services, very very poor service.
