This company doesnt have good customer service AT ALL. My dad was sent home with Oxygen from the hospital and they delivered and set it up. Then when it came time to refill the portable tanks they claimed they didnt have any information regarding him in the system-BUT YET you delivered the equipment to his house! So I offered to pay to refill the tanks bc he needs this oxygen but bc he has no account all of a sudden, they cant refill it. They claimed when they forwarded it to his insurance company they no longer have it but one CSR already admitted he shredded it. If you forwarded it, you would have a copy of it. Every Dr. we have talked to about this has advised they are supposed to keep copies of these orders. Worst experience EVER. I would not recommend them at all. Pick another company from the beginning. If it would let me give 0 stars I would have.

The Cleveland office has an amazing staff who are very knowledgeable and cheerful ready to help you with whatever heath needs you have. BUT I hate dealing with the girls with bad English down in Florida who foe my Cpap supply orders they almost always get them wrong, no point ordering when Im not going to get what I need. I want online supplies ordering it would make my life so much easier.

Isaac Does not have good listening skills at all my mask has been changed for medical reasons and he still sends me the one I CANT NOT USE now I’m going to have to wait for another week or two to get what I need. Other then that the other employees are good at what they do.

Lincare has been so prompt and caring about my needs. The staff are allways smilleing and very nice while also being very profesional.

Lincare Has an Awesome team Very Good Customer Sevice Friendly and helps out any way they can .

April 2019: Issac in Customer service is terrible. They must have too much business, been waiting a month for supplies and I have to call them to find out what problem is... GO TO ANOTHER CPAP SUPPLIER

I would not recommend this company to anyone. If your insurance will let you go somewhere else go. Bad customer service.

I agree with the other review, this dme company is horrific, going on three months and still no supplies. Horrible customer service!!

Does not have very good listening skills when you ask them to do something so you can be home for them to pick up their equipment from your house, do to having other appointments
