Very Big industrial shipping center right next to the airport very clean excellent staff members provided well rounded service for my needs

If I could give FedEx no stars I would. My package was supposed to be here Wednesday, So I checked the the tracking number and then it said at the end of day. Checked it later that night and then said Thursday. Checked Thursday morning then it says Friday at the end of day. I will never use FedEx again this is horrible thank goodness it isnt something important like medicine or something. Highly disappointed in FedEx would not recommend them. Last time I ordered something from Amazon it said it would take 2 weeks got it in 2 days.....

Do not use this facility or FedEx as a whole for that matter ESPECIALLY with live animals. I bought a Sulcatta tortoise and had it overnighted from Florida. Was promised to be delivered by noon the next day and when it was a no show I called the 800 number. The man informed me it was still at the receiving facility and I said to hold it and I’ll go and pick it up. I drive 30min to the place for the manager to tell me that the package is not here and that it’s in Memphis. I said that’s not possible because i have two sources telling that it is here. (My phone app AND the 1800 number I called) she then searches harder for it and finds the Can my tortoise was in with no tortoise in it. This thing is a baby there is no way it would of been able to break out on its own.. I was robbed by a thief. And sadly this isn’t the first time it’s happened to me via FedEx, but it will be the last..

I just spoke with a FedEx employee at their postal road location on 5/3/21 at 10:40am. She was extremely rude to start our interaction by asking me “what do you want”. I told her I was looking to pickup a package and that I spoke with fedex customer service on the phone earlier in the day. Customer service let me know my package was here at that location and could be picked up early. She first told me I didn’t have a FedEx tracking number (which I did). Then she told me my tracking information was incorrect (which it turned out to be correct). When she finally located the package she told me I couldn’t pick it up because it was due to be delivered tomorrow. I let her know I spoke with someone and they let me know I could retrieve it earlier from that location and it was showing it to be “available for pickup”. The last thing she said to me what “Because it was promised tomorrow, you can’t pick it up no matter what customer service said”. She was extremely rude the entire time. After I left I called customer service and asked them where the disconnect is and they told me someone just added a note saying not to send me back to pickup my package and to wait for it to be delivered. Just an awful experience, mainly with the lady working. She should not be dealing with customers. Very frustrating to have a big disconnect between a station and customer service. I ended up driving out of the way for no reason.

Drivers steal packages! My 2 FedEx since black Friday delivered but down the street or driver took them home. Im out $200 right now and I havent heard from fed ex. Ive had dozens packages from USPS and ups without problems!

Fedex has the worse customer service. They refuse to transfer you to supervisor.They are also uploading false information under tracking in the system. When customer service is question, they dont state they dont know why false information is being uploaded. I order something from sams club, and I have requested they never use your service again .I had to file a police report against fedex regarding this package. If I could have given a -10, I would.

Friendly service but link in FedEx app takes you to a place far away. Google map needs correction.

This is the worse delivery service I have ever experienced in my whole entire life. Their customer service is terrible. When you call they give you no help at all. they do not try to solve the problem .they have the worst attitudes I have ever experienced I would never ever use FedEx for anything that I am sure I will walk my package across the country before I use them again. I am not a person to complain I have never left a review before but this was just unacceptable.

Ordered a package on the 15th for next day shipping. It’s the 18th and has been sitting at this location since 1:00 yesterday so now i have to wait a full weekend for my package because instead of doing your jobs you let a package just sit there. My grandmothers medication is just sitting around since 1 when you guys don’t close until later. It’s pathetic

Delivery driver marked my package undeliverable and stole it. Customer service was not much help - told me: 1. There was no way to figure out what he did with the package. 2. Hell drop it back off. 3. Well call you back.None of these things happened.

I was there a couple days ago the lady in the front had a little attitude problem I am not sure if she was having a bad day or if she was just plain racist honestly I dont like playing the race card but I really got that vibe will not be going back.
