Lazy workers, horrible service bad attitude wow

Nowhere to park while Manager has zero sense of urgency. Just left there, no line, no one ahead of me, and still had to wait for service. After 4 minutes waiting I left to prevent getting a ticket. I wish AT&T used UPS for equipment return.

Karrie and Ralph are awesome! They always provide great service and are super friendly. The store is neat and clean and getting items packed and shipped is a breeze.

Steve was very friendly, helpful, and fast! He was the only one in the store and I could definitely tell that he knew had years of experience. He custom sized invitations, printed them, and cut them for me in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend coming to this FedEx store!!

Completed my print in less than 5 minutes, despite being a complicated order. Very kind and helpful. If you want to look good, get your goods printed here. It is worth is. Would highly recommend.

I have been going here for years they are always very helpful, they get me in and out, all of the staff are friendly. Steve is always willing to help me with copies and packages, when I have questions he doesnt heistate to answer them for me. They are usually very busy so I order online and it makes the whole process faster, if you are in a rush that is the best solution.

NEVER GO HERE... Worlds slowest service. Took 30 minutes to wrap a laptop and then they proceeded to charge me $30 for doing so.. Cost $60 to ship a LAPTOP from Cleveland to Illinois.... Last time I was here same thing. I will never use this location or a Fed EX ever again

Its alright. Its a FedEx and does what FedEx does. They got a new manager, though, since sometime in August 2017, who doesnt really seem to know what shes doing, but is abrasive about it. Whoever this Steve guy was with all the positive reviews is apparently gone.

Fast service

I should have read the reviews before I tried to get something important printed here. The customer service from Steven was absolutely abhorrent. He was rude, condescending and completely unhelpful. When I asked to talk to the manager I was put on the phone with the assistant manager, who was also extremely unhelpful, and didnt appear to care at all about the customer service his employees provide, or keeping my business. His response to everything I said was uh-huh. I will gladly go miles out of my way to go anywhere but here to finish my printing job.

Two weeks ago, I called an order in, spoke with a FedEx Kinkos staff person, explained the number of copies and how I wanted it bound. They gave me the email and I sent it. I also included the specific instructions in the email message. It was to be ready at 6pm. I got there at 8pm, the shift had changed and they forgot to do my order. I had to wait an hour for them to complete it and was unable to prepare other work I needed to get done for my trip.

My first visit here and I rode my bicycle one mile the sign on the door said will return in 10 minutes. So I had to wait out in the cold during business hours. After waiting and the only employee which was a woman refused to laminate my project.

I came here twice to print one-page things when I had no access to a printer and each time the people here were so kind to print with no charges.I am thankful to the rudeness of my residentials people that lead me to meet such management in this location.

Customer service at this location is terrible

The one time I have been in here, I was in a serious rush, and the gentleman who helped me got me in and out in less than 2 minutes, and yet was still extremely and courteous at the same time. Very good experience.

Making copies from a usb drive or from Google Drive is easy and friendly. Prices are pretty good albeit much more expensive than using a laser printer at home for small jobs.

This location is listed to close at 6pm on Saturday (also what is listed on the door), rushed to get in by 5:45pm and they were already locked and closed. Will never go to this location again.

Place smells like urine, the machines are completely outdated (both software and hardware), and the staff is nothing short of annoyed to do anything related to customer service.

If the manager isnt there, DONT BOTHER. AWFUL service from the young careless employees.
