Trucking industry:I had appointment but when I checked in they didn’t say a thing for being late hour and half !!!Good people!/// Overnight Parking ???is possible ok on the side of the road next to factory or on dead end road!No gates as you inter the road to factory it is dead end but is long one all way to factory.

Amazing customer service. I worked with Heidi, and she was so helpful every step of the way with getting one of my clients set up with the perfect packaging solutions. Her responses were always prompt and the company is just very flexible with client needs. I will definitely be contacting Heidi from Kaufman again for future client projects! : )

People are ok, but unloading could have been a bit quicker. Probably they were counting the load

I love being yelled at first thing Monday morning by the receiving department telling me I was supposed to be here at 10, YOUR LATE YOU HAD A 10 OCLOCK APPOINTMENT well I dont know what to tell you sir I was given thid load at 11 a.m. dont yell at me yell at the higher-ups. Life is too short to sweat the little things enjoy every day above ground.
