The customer service here is amazing! The owner and their employees are super knowledgeable and friendly. I didn’t purchase my Rolex here, but they adjusted it and provided me with such an amazing level of customer service as if I did. They made me feel super welcomed. The best family owned Rolex AD and jeweler out in New Jersey! Linda who is the owner always showed a welcoming and friendly vibes along with her employees. I just recently bought a DJ41 from her(one of the happiest day of my life). The store also carries Seiko and I purchased 2 before the DJ41. Other than that the store has fine jewelries and Swarovski. I visited this jeweler last Friday as this is the Rolex store serving the Rutherford area where I live. I was looking for my very first Rolex as a gift for my incoming 40th birthday. Of all the models, I thought the Cosmograph to offer the perfect style for both office and smart casual situations related to my job. I was helped by Patsy who explained me that they won’t be able to order the watch for me, not even in the future. Although I was not expecting this at all, and I can’t deny my disappointment after weeks of convincing myself to buy a Rolex (over a Panerai), the most important thing that I want to share is how nice, available, and patient Patsy was to show me all the possible configurations of the Cosmograph. In retrospect, I find this truly remarkable, as she knew from the start that no sale was possible, but still she spent 20 minutes of her time with me (quite an enjoyable time to be honest). I may try again in the future hoping that the situation changes, or perhaps looking for a lesser Rolex model, but if I do that I will certainly visit this store again.

I went last week to this AD, and, they explained can not take any name or request a new model Rolex now, apparently they do not received model upgrade... I feel like 👇🏻, because two friend recommended this place and tell me owner are nice with new customers... 🙈.... Sad 😔

Amy and Linda are incredible. I could write a review on how they were able to get one of my favorite Rolexs but here is the thing, I wont. Getting a Rolex is a big deal if you get can get stainless steel model, but my experience started way before that.Ive always been skeptical working with jewelers because you never really know if you are getting a good deal. So, I always relied on having that family hook up jeweler, but I did not have any I liked.Amy and Linda...first time I met them, I felt I was in the right place. We had such a great experience getting my wife’s engagement ring and wedding band, and my ring! I didn’t know anything until I was graciously taken care of by Linda and the staff. They really took their time to explain each diamond and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. The ring turned out unbelievable and we could not be happier! We’ve been shopping here ever since for all types of jewelry and specialty pieces. They took care of some of our other friends as well. Highly recommend checking them out.

Unfortunately Morré Lyons Jewelers - was more talk than action,I have been calling this store for the past 1.5 years as I was inquiring about upcoming Rolex models.I happened to call the store and speak with Linda over the phone who happens to be one of the principles of the company, from start to finish she worked and promised to deliver and that never happened.I would call the store so many times and even spoke with several associates who were always nice to say that we don’t have any of the models which was not always the case.Several people have gotten watches that they claimed they have not seen for a long time.It all comes down to who you know very sad situation in the watch industry 👎

So glad to have found this place, and nearby my workplace too! I contacted over a dozen Rolex ADs in the area including NYC in search of the Milgauss watch. While I got similar canned responses from all of them stating they didnt have it in stock and didnt know when they would receive one, Linda was the only one who offered to directly reach out to Rolex on my behalf to try and get a timeline. While they didnt provide her a timeline either, she still ended up getting one a few weeks later and made me her first call.This was my first time making a big purchase and when I arrived she was busy, but let me see and handle the watch while she was with other customers. The other employees were incredibly friendly while I waited and overall the store itself had a family atmosphere. Linda is super kind, funny, and easy to talk to and made the whole experience one of a kind.

I called around looking for a Professional Steel Rolex. Every place I called promptly said no and that was the end of the conversation. I called Morre Lyons Jewelers. I got the same answer, but this time Karen wanted to know what I was looking for and would let me know when it comes in. I decided it was worth a trip to visit. Karen showed me around the cases. There was nothing. While I was looking though, a kind gentleman Alan offered me a beverage. Having the itch to get back to wearing Rolex again, I broke down and bought a DateJust out of impulse and because of kindness and professionalism of Karen. Karen is wonderful. I gave her my Professional want list and hopefully will here from her soon. Next up, the sizing of the watch, that’s when I met Linda, one of the owners. We hit it off instantly when I signed my receipt with my Special Edition MontBlanc James Dean pen. Linda wanted to see the pen and then we had great conversation as if we had been friends for years. Hands down this will be my current and future home of my Rolex purchases. I am just sorry I didn’t know about this jeweler before.

I could not have had a more pleasant and rewarding experience than I recently had shopping at Morre Lyons! I recently purchased my first Rolex from them, and prior to doing so, had learned of the store through relatives who had previously went there, raved about their experiences and recommended visiting and speaking to them before going to any other authorized dealer. When I first walked into the store, I did not let on who my relatives were, and regardless, each of the staff members could not have been nicer and more helpful. It was clear that every staff member had expert level knowledge regarding Rolex watches, were able to answer all my questions, and really took the time to help me make the right decision as to the model for me while treating me like family. Needless to say, when I did select a model I preferred, they were instrumental in helping me get itas soon as possible, and to say I was overjoyed when I got the call that the watch arrived is an understatement. I just recently lost my sister to Cancer and purchased an inexpensive Cancer Awareness bracelet online. Unfortunately, ordering online is a one size fits all which happens to be too big on my wrist. I went to Morre Lyons Jewelers to have it re-sized. I have never met such good hearted, compassionate people! They ensured that I got the bracelet the same day (couple of hours to be exact) so that I could wear it asap.Morre Lyons has beautiful, unique fine jewelleries located at the Richfield Shopping Center therefore, parking is never a problem. Absolutely appalled at the poor customer service I received at Morre Lyons. Never before have I spent soo much money and been treated soo poorly. This store is all about commissions. Completely unaccommodating; they threatened to sell a watch I had put a deposit down on after 5 days! They also tried to charge me a 3% amex charge, which they actually get refunded from Amex. Would never buy from here again.

I’m a very passionate watch enthusiast. When I realized there was a certified Rolex dealer one town over from woodland park I was ecstatic, until I walked in. I walked in and asked if they sold preowned vintage rolexes, the first woman said I’m sorry we don’t sell preowned, another lady jumped up and said yes we do and came out with two watches. When I realized they had two preowned daydates that I ironically came in to search for, I said this is destiny. When the woman, who I later found out was the owner, looked at me up and down and was hesitant, I was insulted. I took my own $7,000 watch off that I was wearing and with class said “here, would holding mine make you feel more comfortable?” She did not know the model number, she was extremely extremely sassy, I told her see what you’d want for them and call me, she never called. A month later I called, just a few days ago, because regardless of the bad treatment, I was willing to swallow it if they still had these two daydate, or if they could possibly find me them again. Left my number, told them I left it the first time, same thing happened. With so many friends in the Jewlery business I am constantly told rolex’s Exclusivity to third party dealers is very very tough to get, im shocked, very very shocked and disappointed.

Just Amazing!!! Linda, Amy, Mark and the whole staff at Morre Lyons are just wonderful people! When I first started to look at Rolex I went to every AD I can find within NJ, NY, and PA but non of those stores paid any attention to me and first question is how much have you spent with us. But Linda was the opposite, she is super professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and down to earth! I felt like I was a VIP when I first met Linda and I hadnt spent a dime in her store yet. I told her what I was looking for and lo and behold I became a new Rolex owner only after a couple of times visiting her. Not once did she ever mention how much I would need to spend or have to buy something else in order to get the watch that I wanted unlike other Rolex ADs in the tri-state area. I am forever a customer and definitely recommend Morre Lyons Jewelers for all your jewelry needs including Rolex!!!!

Went to go checkout a watch but the ladies working there could not show it to me because it was locked in a safe... Very disappointed about the store, they supposedly sell Rolex but by their appearance it doesnt look like it.

Prompt, honest, kind
