This shop is a small place tucked in a neighborhood setting until you step inside. The space is brilliant with diamonds for every taste and the comfort of the six years at this location. I was there to sell a piece of estate jewelry. The store representative: Mike, was very cordial with my wife and I as he meticulously weighed, cleaned, scanned and throughly evaluated the piece. Few days ago I was searching for a jewelry store with same day repair service. I ended up going to this store, unfortunately the repair couldnt be done the same day, the attendant took his time explaining to me why. I was looking for a local place to design and purchase an engagement ring for my now fiance, using my grandmothers diamond, as well as a matching wedding band. Given the glowing reviews I saw online, I figured this would be a great place to start. Make no doubt about it, Mike took good care of me from the start. He worked with me, answering my questions along the way, and made me feel extremely comfortable with the purchase process. The turnaround was decently quick, given the nightmare that is 2020. I got a 3D design, as well as a wax/3D printed model, which was quickly followed up by the finished product. They do impeccable work. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and everyone.

From the moment we walked into UGAD in Feb2020, we knew it was going to be the most memorable experience. I had a great and easy experience with the guys at Unique! My boyfriend got me a bracelet that was a little too big, so the extra stones were removed. We were thinking of using the stones for another piece, so we returned and decided on a necklace. I got a 3D rendering of the design followed by a 4D resin model to try on. Michael was incredibly patient with any changes I made and the finished product is amazing!

Really couldnt of been more impressed with the quality of service/product.My fiance (at the time) and myself found ourselves in a very peculiar place around the start of July. We where given permission to commence our wedding ceremony in a month and didnt have a wedding band ready as jewelers wherent open during the front end of the covid pandemic. To make matters more difficult, the engagement band was a very large heirloom ring that belonged to my grandmother and there was no way a standard wedding band would be able to comfortably fit around it.We went into Unique Gold and Diamonds roughly 4 weeks before our scheduled ceremony and where greeted by Mike. The decision was made largely becouse of the overwhelming positive reviews he had allready gathered. He did not disappoint. He took the time to go over our options, both on the high end and low end without ever displaying a tone that made us feel like we where being upsold to.We ended up enlisting his services on the spot and ultimately he delivered the custom ring a couple days early on an allready very tight deadline. Throughout the process he also updated me with several 3D renditions of what the band will look like. Its also note worthy to say we also enlisted his services to reinforce the 70 year old engagement ring. He took the time to inspect it under a jewelers microscope during our initial visit and found that the prongs where hanging on to dear life due to wear and tear thought-out the years. This was completed simoltaneously within the ~4 week deadline.Id recommend this spot to literally anyone that ever has needs of a jeweler regardless of your budget or deadline.

My FAVORITE jewelry store! Walking in door I was greeted by three men who listened to me and help me find the perfect piece for the occasion. No job is too big or too small and their selection was just that, unique! They can also customize and create anything-the sky is the limit. What an excellent experience that I had with Brandon and Mike in creating this customized engagement ring for my girlfriend. Prior to going to them, I went to a few typical jewelers who tried to push me to purchase something on the spot, but that never happened here. Their website says sentiment and personal values are important, but that’s just a nice tag line to get you in the door. I was looking to sell some jewelry that I had paid several thousand dollars for and after looking at it for approximately 5 minutes I was given an offer that was frankly insulting. Nobody in their right mind would take an offer in the low $200 dollar range. If I could give this place a zero star review I would.

Yes gold is up, yes it holds its value for its entire history, sure Mike will either sell these pieces or he will get them together and sell everything when the price is right. Thats what he does. I was very happy with his offer, his obvious known presence from customers and his honesty. There is one piece I have no interest in selling but Mike did give me a great idea which will lead me back. Michael was super from start to finish. Friendly and professional on the phone and in person too. I own a gold ring, but it was quite bent up when I inherited it. Too bent up to wear, that was for sure. I didnt know how long I would have to wait to learn if this ring could even be wearable again, but I was in and out with my ring within an hour. Michael really did a super job, and I couldnt believe that this was the same ring that I brought in. Beautifully reshaped and polished. It fits so well, and Im proud to finally wear it. The price was completely affordable too. My day was absolutely made. Thank you, Michael! I definitely recommend this business. (Its also a well-maintained place. I came here to look at watches I left here with a iced cuban link chain. They got some fresh style here. I’ll deff be back. Brandon knew all about the different chains and sizes. and told me abt the half moon chains which I really liked. I’ll be back for the matching bracelet next week. It’s also cool they will hold my jewelry with a deposit. These guys are doin it right. I don’t have to go downtown any more when im looking at jewelry

My wife and I bought our wedding bands here. Mike and his team did some awesome work. Specifically they made some modifications to the rings by special request and they came out beautifully! I bought my fiances engagement ring from here and I only have positive things to say about my experience working with the staff. I mostly worked with Mike throughout the process. He tailored his diamonds to specific attributes my fiance cared about. For example, my fiance deeply cared about the cut but was willing to sacrifice on the clarity. Mike made sure he found the diamond she loved without trying to push us to spend exorbitant amounts of money on things she honestly did not care about. He carefully explained all of the attributes about the diamonds and was extremely patient when we asked questions. Last but not least, he even texted me that the diamond was not ready to pick up so my fiance would not suspect when I would propose to her. Talk about coming in clutch. If youre looking for a place to purchase a ring, theres no place (and we shopped around) I would rather recommend.5/5.

My fiance and I were referred to Mike at Unique Gold and Diamonds by my dad when we were looking for our wedding bands for our upcoming wedding. My engagement ring had been purchased at another jeweler that was a bit of a drive away and one of the prongs had broken, so we went to Mike to see if he could fix it and take a look at wedding bands as well. We had a fantastic experience! The staff is very friendly and professional and my engagement ring came back good as new, and super quickly too! We just picked up our wedding bands that Mike had custom made and they are beautiful, we cant wait to wear them! They also took the time to clean all the jewelry I will be wearing during my wedding and it looks perfect! We were in the market for an upgrade to my engagement ring and my husband came across this jewelry store and so we decided to check it out based on all of the great reviews we read. We were not disappointed! From the first impromptu walk-in consultation we knew that we wanted to work with Mike (the owner/jeweler) to build a custom engagement ring. The entire process was so special. We were able to sit down with Mike and really hone in on the overall design of the piece. From beginning to end, Mike gave us the creative control but also advised us accordingly. For example, each time we came in to view the diamonds (that he carefully selected for us based on our preferences), I learned something new about diamonds. I really appreciated the transparency. I know the tradition is for a man to pick the engagement ring but ladies you are missing out on feeling like a celebrity or a jewelry designer! Working with someone as dedicated, knowledgeable and personable as Mike has made this experience that much more memorable. In the end, my ring turned out so beautiful that each time I look at it, it is as if I am seeing it for the first time. I honestly could not be more thrilled with Unique Gold and Diamonds. For years, there was a specific and very unique engagement ring style that I had my eyes on. Mike worked with my fiancé for months and custom created my dream ring from scratch. My engagement ring is everything I wanted and more. I still cannot believe that I get to wear it every day! I never post reviews however my experience at unique gold warrants one. I went in to price some chains for my son and have some jewelry cleaned, and the guy working came right up to me and asked how he could help. He wasnt pushy which I hate about shopping for jewelry and the stuff I brought in to get cleaned was done right away and looks as shiny as ever. The prices were reasonable and the place itself was immaculate. Ill definitely be going back again.
