Very unprofessional!I asked to get an estimate for a business property and were quick to come and look at the fence job. Then, still have never heard from them. I called about 10 times and all they keep telling that the estimator was out.Please dont waste your time and go look for better fence companies that wants your business!this company is no good and dont care to call you back.I went with all jersey fence and they did the job.

This company was used by my next door neighbor in Clifton NJ. My neighbor provided the survey to them on the day of installation and the company installers never used it. Instead they eyeballed it and in doing so installed the fence 3 ft onto MY property. I called them this morning (9/02/20) so that they can correct the problem and their response was that the neighbor needs to call. I repeatedly said that it was mistakenly installed on MY property and that my neighbor has no jurisdiction. I have already reached out to Clifton zoning department. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY as all that they care about is money. A reputable company would have responded differently and would have looked into this because anyone can make a mistake!! Buyer beware...

Fox Fence installed my fence in 2006 and did a great job. The fence is still in perfect condition. It is not sagging or falling over like a lot of other fences I see. They used quality materials and did a top notch installation at a fair price. I couldnt be happier.

Ordered 3 months ago and still havent finished a 50 ft. Fence with 1 gate in the center... nothing difficult

This company was quick to send a worker to measure the space for a small 20 fence but never called back for pricing

I contacted Fox Fence to schedule a repair for a fence they had installed. After giving them a copy of the Proposal and Contract, I was told that they would have to determine if their materials were purchased in state or out of state. I was promised a call back, which after waiting 2 weeks, I had to call them back. I was given more excuses with, again, a promise of a call back. That didnt happen either, so once again I reached out to them and was told an installer would come on a Monday afternoon to give me an estimate. He did come on Monday, but in the morning at 7:45 am. He looked at the fence and said he would call back in an hour. THAT did not happen. Another week went by and I called the installer, not the main office, and was told that it would cost $1000 to replace 2 spindles! I asked if they could swap out the two spindles with others that are in an inconspicuous place and was told THAT would cost $500! No purchase of materials, just an hour and a half of labor. It is quite obvious that Fox Fence did not want to do this repair. I would have much preferred that they told me that from the beginning instead of wasting 5 weeks of my time. I would NOT recommend them.

Went there over three times to get a quote. Every time they gave my the run around the sales person is not available. No one would help you you have to salesperson that you started to deal with from the beginning. Even the owner tells you the same thing. Then when you stopped calling them they will go to your house quote you and call you. Too late! Save your time and go to another place.
