Like discount toy store for adults . Come in for 1 thing on sale leave with a while cart because everything is on sale hehe . Store is clean, employees very nice. The cashier lady was so rude, unfriendly. She looks unhappy to work there. And this is not nice for the customers. The first time I visited that store and that was the last. I greeted her, and she didnt respond. I used my discount coupon, and she didnt inform me the voucher is valid for just one item. I asked the detail, and rudely, she told me to check the receipt.

Well stocked and clean. Personnel in the store know their stuff. They are operating at a high pace; resulting in excellent customer service. This is a great store!

Great deals there 100%!! The line got long i walked around the store for advice on a location of what I was looking for and couldnt find one on the floor guy to help me. Emded up asking the cashier. Nice guy. But the line was long and went slow. Had 2 cashiers and when the line got longer one cashier walked off... definitely needs to staff up!

Great place if you want to spend less money on power tools and regular tools. If youre a blue collar worker or someone whos doing a project at home, you should definitely check this place out, theres something for everyone. Some items are badly made, but others can definitely compete with top brands for a fraction of the price. Also wheelchair accessible.

Went in there to purchase a motorcycle lift and some wheel chock. We had already pre called for the lift, they fork lift it in the truck we were all done less the 10 minutes. Stop in the service is great.

They had the product I searched online for at an amazing Price.

Inventory was disappointing. Value is often better at Home Depot. You have to be a careful shopper here. A lot of things arent worth the money. There are bargains though.

That Harbor Freight Tools was the worst place Ive ever been to the people were unfriendly slow as snails and molasses took forever to get unloaded I will never go back there again bad service

Not as usual, lots of empty shelves and no access to coupons if you dont have an electronic device ( charge your phone so you can access their coupons online, otherwise there are no coupons in store). I went for something that was in offer with a coupon but my phone died so I didnt get the item, they didnt honor the coupon even when I mentioned it.

Like a shoe store is to a woman, harbor freight is to a man, inexpensive, nearly disposable and generally decent quality tools and such for agreeable prices and discounts. The candy store you never knew. Love this place! Obviously!

First time there i liked wht they had . I bought alot of tools & etc. Near $ 200. I wanted to purchase a small adjustable stool for $29 the only one there available was the display . The manager wouldnt let me, he pulled it out of cart & told me I couldnt buy it when I asked him why he stated what does he do when more come in, without a display..I said, put another one together for display like home depot & lowes .

This place blows me away every time I walk in... Remember how you felt walking into your first big-box toy store as a kid? Yeah, this is that but for middle aged men and tools. Very inexpensive and they almost always have a 25% off coupon for the large items. I find the quality exceeds expectations for the cost.

Harbor freight was okay I was looking for a electric heater not on sleeves right now.

One of the nicer harbor freight stores. Well laid out and clean.

Occasionally well come here to get the odd cheap item, many times due to the well-known coupon that they send out in the papers or the coupon books.On other visits well pick up something that we dont want to spend a lot on because is use will be short term like a winter tarp.The lines are never long when we go, so getting in and out is quick.

I love this location. Friendly service and great deals. The cashiers always make it a point to let me know when there are coupons available and substitutions when a coupon is not available.

Only 2 people in the store. Both were stocking the shelf. Once I was able to find someone, I was direct to the correct place to find the product I was looking for. Then I had to find someone to check me out. Once I found someone, she was very nice and attentive.

I got a 12 volt air compressor made of metal and a tire plug kit for about $35.00. It worked great and got back on the road again without even jacking up my work van.

Fast and Safe

Lets face it, this stuff at Harbor Freight is really cheap junk. It may be fine for the one or two time use you may get out of it, but lets face reality, you get what you pay for. And heres a fact that you may not know, most of the items at Harbor Freight, you can find cheaper on line. Case in point..... A brake bleeder kit at HF costs $45, I saw the same kit online for $16. So wheres the big savings? You tell me. There air tools, most you can find in any auto parts store for the same price. Nothing of value ever seems to be on sale at HF either, Compressors, generators, tool boxes, welders, any big ticket items. Sure they knock a few bucks off, but then they never seem to have said item in stock. Every flyer for the past year has had the same products on sale, nothing seems to change, and nothing new or what I need ever drops in price or goes on sale. Last years flyer is a carbon copy of the one I got today and in all probability, will be the same flyer I get a year from now . Great prices? You may think so.... But 99% of that stuff is junk and can be found cheaper online...... They tried this many years ago with US General, and that didnt take long to go under. Substandard products, at a Subnormal price.

Through years of being a customer at Harbor Freight(since its opening), all the products that were offered, worked phenomenally. I purchased the 5 watt solar panel which WORKS only if you attach a powerbank to store the power, in which Harbor Freight offers too. Sand paper and wire brushes are cheap and it is a better deal when using 20% off coupons.Harbor Freight is a better alternative to Home Depot, Lowes, and Ace, when buying small items.
