Hi everyoneThis is one of the best vitamin stores around I always buy my vitamins and supplements here.I guess I was at the wrong place at the wrong time todayTwo employees male and female were having a big argument/ discussion in front of the customers me includedThis was very uncomfortableThey should be discussing in a private room or outside not in front of the customersNOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!!I Will come back to this store anyways.

Best supplement shop I have been to. The man that works there with the salt and pepper afro is probably the smartest store manager I have ever met. Answered all my questions, tried to get me a lower rate and hooked me up with some free samples. I recommend this shop and will be back for sure.

I was in there and the sales girl was tailing me and there was no thanks or greetings from the cashier who was the store mgr

Stuff was very helpful. They know their stuff and they have a very wide selection of supplements. Prices were reasonable and there were 50% sale on some items. Only thing to improve would be placing a hand sanitizer dispenser at the entrance so customers would sanitize their hands before touching stuff on the shelves.

Customer service was terrible. Couldn’t cancel an on line order. Went into the store to cancel or return the item. The item couldn’t be found in the system. They had 1 kid working the entire store with a line of over 15 people. Waited 30 minutes no manager available to help with the issue. He was on a break I had to wait or come back to return the item.

Today as usual I walked in to vitamin shoppe in Clifton and was treated wonderfully by Sofia, she was very attentive and informative also very friendly, this is definitely my Vitamin Shoppe. Thanks Sofia and Kennie you guys are awesome!!

My to go place for Vitamins. Always find what I need there and more. Employees are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Store is clean. If you are not sure about anything and need a quick answer i always ask and walk away satisfied.

Good place, but I bought Irwins for 3rd time, supposed to be soft gels, instead they are huge plastic torpedoes, I have forgotten why I gave the other two Irwins purchases away😖

Vitamin Shoppe in Clifton is awesome, staff is very friendly and informative, today Kennie was the associate who assisted me in finding everything I needed and wanted, He made sure to double check my allergies and that the products that I bought were safe for me!!This place never fails me!! Been going here for years now. The associates know their stuff and always help me find what Im looking for.

Stopped in yesterday for garden of life vegan protein and I appreciate that vitamin shoppe does price match. Marisol is very friendly, she provided suggestions for other products and gave us some free samples. She also informed us of the return policy, we can return an item if within 30 days, without a receipt as an exchange...thank goodness because my boyfriend purchased the wrong protein a few weeks ago and its just sitting there- happy to know we can bring it in for an even exchange.Thank you Marisol for your time and professional.

It is so frustrating trying to do business with this company. Their website is practically non-functional. I have trouble putting things into my cart, and even utilizing their own posted discount sale codes. This has consistently been the case using different computers, and even when trying to use the app on my phone. How do they stay in business?

Best vitamin shoppe in NY/North jersey area. You haven’t seen bad till you visit other vitamin shoppe or GNC. This other vitamin shoppe(NYC chambers street) scammed me with an opened product and never issued me a receipt. Steve the store manager and Melanie the associate went beyond their means to take care of my exchange. And this is on a Friday night @9pm closing time. Great overall service. Been coming here for past 2 years!!
