Nice people, I walked in and they offered help. I Noticed the protein I wanted was $14 cheaper on Amazon and they price matched it for me. Pretty dope
I usually walk into GNCs and avoid the store associates at all cost. Most of them just push a product and don’t know much even though they look fit. This wasn’t the case today I took a gamble with an associate and store manager Andrew. Andrew is extremely knowledgeable, the type of knowledge you pay for.He didn’t force a product into my hands. He took the time to explain on each and every product I was curious about would effect me. The proceeded to give me further heath and fitness unrelated to what I walked in for originally.Andy is the reason why I would come back. If I wasn’t in a rush I probably would’ve stayed there longer for some more information. Andy doesn’t work Tuesdays and Thursday in case you want to go in and meet him.
Manager of the store is super nice. Very helpful to me and my family. Great guy and strongly recommend
Horrible customer service. Placed an online order and wanted to exchange my items for something else or just return it in general. They kept giving me the run around. First telling me that their systems were down (first red flag) and to come the following week & that I have nothing to worry about because there is no time limit on their return policy (second red flag). Come the following week, they tell me that they still can’t do anything and the system still isn’t working (third red flag) and that they still have no way of accessing my order history (fourth red flag) and that they can just honor the online price and offer an exchange (fifth red flag). Two days after, I speak to someone else and they tell me that I cannot return my online order because it is select stores only (sixth red flag) and to go to the Botony Plaza GNC. I told them that I can only return online orders to a corporate store, which is Styretowne, and that Botony is a franchise. Clifton is the closest corporate store to my house currently since most have closed down due to bankruptcy. I used to work for GNC and I know for a fact that they were just being completely shady to avoid ruining their numbers for the day. The information he provided is incorrect and on their website itself it says any corporate store and when I told him that I am aware of policies, he gave me an attitude saying that I do not know how corporate stores operate because I’ve only worked for franchise. Its just amazing how despite that being true (franchise and corporate operate differently aside from the return policy), I know corporate policy better than he did. I had to contact customer service and customer service was on my side and apologized for the situation and they called the Clifton store to speak with the associate and they did not answer the phone. They called again and spoke with the associate and gave them my case number and that they must accept my return. It was one of the worst experiences at GNC and honestly I am not surprised because this location has a reputation for denying returns (even their own sales). Please avoid giving them your business as clearly they do not care for customer service and only view they customers as a dollar sign. I understand returns prevent you from hitting your monthly goal, but unfortunately, that’s business & returns are a part of the retail environment. You cannot deny returns simply because you do not want to negatively impact your sales for the day.
I drove all the way here because this gnc closes at 9. I get there around 8:30pm and the lights are off. The sign in the window says they close at 9pm. Theres a guy inside and I ask him can I get some vitamins and he says, we close early sometimes and walks away. ????? NEVER AGAIN
Well stocked, knowledgeable and friendly staff.
I always have a great time at this location. It exceeds the standards of other nearby locations by a long run. They have a great selection of products and are always up to date with new products. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and genuinely care about your fitness goals. I highly recommend!
You guys rock!!! Great staff! Great info!!! Caring environment!!! Keep up the good work!!
GNC is okay, but I like the vitamin shop better. They have more items that I use that GNC doesnt carry. I also like the customer service much better at vitamin shop, much more pleasant & helpful customer service.
Horrible customer service
Had what I needed in stockl
Terrible customer service. They dont follow return policy. Staff is unwilling to help and looks annoyed to even have customers. Depressing atmosphere. Wouldnt recommend shopping here.
Great Customer Service.
Love this place
I bought my sunscreen in the Bloomfield, Clifton shop on July 3rd. I put some on today and noticed it didnt smell right. I checked the expiry and it expired in may 2019. The guy that served me asked if I wanted a reciept.i just said no! Im surprised that a health shop would sell anything out of date! I should have known better than to trust them. Lesson learned.
Kevin and Jowel were great help with great energy. Looking forward to my next pick.
Sucks, staff doesnt know anything. They are there for a pay check not to help ppl. Go to willowbrook mall friendly staff that know what they are selling and very happy to help you with your gnc needs.
Shady middle eastern guy trying to dodge returns. The will lie about their systems being down, and the spajish guy is scared of franchise owner. Not the real gnc. Also lookout for their offbrands...subpar copies of real gnc exclusives in order for profit.
Very rude staff and bad-looking. They dont provide you information about the products and promotions, bad customer service. To top it off after making the purchase give me change with a worn and broken bill, I asked the seller to change and he rudely refused to do so, I lost five bucks.. beware!!!
Never had a problem here. A bit small, but stocks all the essentials.
Yea, rude staff. Willowbrook Mall has the happy people.
Awesome GNC
They close at 9 not 10
Excellent
