Always nice and informative. Never pushy about other services and they do recommend things that may need to be done.

I have so much to say about the people who work here! When I first called to see if an extended warranty was going to cover my transmission it took 20 mins to get ahold of someone so obviously I didnt expect to have a good experience but I was wrong! Once I got through to talk to someone my tune had changed! Thanks to Mario he squeezed me in for an appt and we went from there. Mario definitely helped me out when I was about to freak out about my car lol He kept me informed on what was going on and when he wasnt there Michael and Dennis were available to answer any questions I had. My car was supposed to take an extra day to get done because those poor guys were short due to Covid but those guys hustled and my car was still done by original date.  When I went to pick up my car there was a how should I say it a difficult customer and those guys kept there cool and stayed friendly. Im beyond happy with the service from Nissan Service Center!!  You guys have AMAZING  employees and wonderful service!

Called the parts department and the guy on the phone was hesitant to quote me for a mass air flow sensor for a 2011 Frontier without me providing my VIN# (all frontiers from 2005-2015 use the same sensor, as well as most other models of nissan and infiniti part #22680-7s000) I told him that its the same for all of the models (and he should know that since its common knowledge for Nissan guys). I was quoted 300 for the mass air flow sensor (which is ridiculous). Hitachi is the part supplier for Nissans mafs and they sell them directly for 50 dollars online. This place is charging 6x the price for the EXACT same part. I would absolutely research before dropping the money buying from here.Thanks for the response.

My wife and are were very happy with our experience at Lithia Nissan of Clovis. Aaron was very friendly and polite and also extremely helpful. It didnt take long at all to get approved for financing and he didnt try and push anything that we didnt desire. It was definitely an enjoyable car shopping experience.

It took a week before I could take my car in to bedigangosed.Then they said they would call me to let me 1 what the problem was (they didnt). I called and found out it was going to take a week to get the part in. they couldnt give me a loaner car even though the issue was a transmission problem and a class - action lawsuit over this.Well the following week I end up calling and find out the part didnt come on but would be here the next day and my car would be ready by the end of the day.the next day I call and find out if still isnt ready and would be done the next day. The next day I call and an told it is being worked on but probably wont be ready until the next day. I finally had it and told them I need my car back.I was pretty angry and was told they would call if my carawas finished.Two hours laterI got a text.1. They nevercall when they said they would2. They didnt keep me up to date on delays or anything3. For 3 days I was told the next day and it was never the next day4.My car was under warranty they couldnt help me with a loaner car for work.

Latoya & Tim are the reason I go to Nissan of Clovis to get my Toyota worked on! Best service advisors I have ever encountered at a Lithia dealerships. They treat you like family and go above and beyond. They remember me and my partner by name and always ask us about topics we talked about months before.Keep up the amazing work guys and cant wait to see you next time!

LaToya is great! Very customer service friendly. Wouldnt change anything on that. Fred was kind and wonderful as well. Overall it was a good experience. The wait time was a little long, but I do understand why. No worries on my end.

Service completed was an oil and filter change. I was immediately greeted upon my arrival. The service time was very manageable, considering that they do a multi point inspection and take time to ask if I was interested in getting them done. Advisor was very friendly. I do greatly appreciate the complimentary car wash.

Fred got my car done the day I needed . He is a vital piece to the dealership .

Stopped in this dealer to visit the parts department. The parts reps was great but, again, my star rating is based upon the 6 or 7 staff members I passed on the way in who either ignored me or just stared at me. Customer service training seems to be the quick solution needed here.

Service dept person Tim Bowden had bad attitude.Didnt like his attitude towards my daughter. Sarcastic remarks should keep to himself.Every one else was wonderful.

Came in for lifetime oil change service and a tire rotation. Told would take an hour, still sitting here more than two hours later with no updates.

Came to get car cleaned. They did great job getting hard water stains.

I will like to say Tim Bowen is very nice and very polite to me I made a appointment and took me in right away . I no I don’t have worry about bringing my car back yet.., if there any problem .. I will always go to Tim for consumer service.
