I used Google maps to get here but google was completely mixed up Had me going in circles and wrong directions. Once I did find Kay Jewelers. On my own without Google maps. I was greeted by Emilio who was able to assist me. Got me in and out. Emilio was kind professional and very courteous. My honey asked me to go pay for it. But he purchased a chocolate diamond ring which is absolutely gorgeous. His Grandson delivered it just before my birthday 🎂. Made my Christmas and birthday very exciting.

Just a FYI hours on their website do not reflect actual hours. I went here to pick up an online order at 545pm and they were closed. Website says 7pm door says 6pm but at 545 they were closed

Very welcoming environment where you will receive top notch customer service. They listen to what you want and take all the time you need to work with you. Even if it is a little bit further definitely go to the Clovis location. The store in the FRESNO MALL IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. You will waste your time at that location and leave extremely angry.

My wedding ring was bought there in 2011. A protection plan was bought. Ive kept up on my inspections every 6 months. Today I noticed a diamond was missing from my ring, and took it in once again to be sent out. Every 6 months I have had a diamond pop out since the ring was purchased. Im so upset with the customer service that was given. Theyre a big chain, and should have a better system of keeping track of things and handling situations like such. I will never buy jewelry from Kays again. Im majorly dissatisfied.
