Very helpful and prices are reasonable. They change watch batteries quickly. If you havent tried them, try them, I do believe you will be glad.

I went in to get my engagement ring re-sized and they did a wonderful job. For my particular ring it was only $75.00 and they had it done in less than an hour almost every other ring re-sizing place would have taken a month to fix it. They did an amazing job!

Went to get my ring resized. The price was half of what I was estimated everywhere else in town. The lady and man were very friendly, professional, and helpful. I picked up my ring at the designated time on my ticket. Not only did they resize it, but they also buffed, shined, and cleaned it. I picked up my ring in more beautiful shape than I left it. Absolutely recommend! Thank you again! My ring looks amazing!

I wanted to get my leather wrist watch band swapped out for a metal band and to have it resized if necessary. They did a great job doing this and didnt charge me very much. It only took a very few minutes. I was very satisfied with my visit to this store..

I had two watch batteries replaced here and a watch bracelet resized. They completed the work in just a few minutes and did a good job. The store also has a good selection of watches, jewelry, knives, and gift items. Worth a look!

IF YOU GO HERE YOUR GOING TO OVER PAY WHILE GETTING THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!If I could give this a zero, I would. I dont EVER do reviews, but I just had one of the worst experiences here today. I went in to get my ring sized, I also wanted to see how much it would be to get the prongs that needed it redone. The lady told me it would be $50 to get it sized down. Then the man came and looked at my ring and told me I needed all of my prongs redone. it would cost $300!!. I said that I couldnt afford it at this time and to only size it. He tried to pressure me into getting it all done today, and making me feel like if I didnt do it my dimonds would fall out, and I couldnt wear it. I asked him how much to fix the one prong that really needed it, and I know it does. He tells me $100. These prices dont make sense to me. I tell him no to just size it, cause at this point Im thinking about getting an estimate somewhere else. So they said it would be an hour, took my name, number, and ring. About 25 minutes later I walk by and they were both just sitting there. So they dont call you if they get done sooner but ask for your phone number. Or maybe they hadnt started but could have and were wasting my time. Either way it wasnt very professional. When I went back in to get my ring,. He rang me up and the total was $65!! Not $50.. I paid, and took my ring and left. As Im walking outside I remember he didnt give me my gold that came off of my ring. I know it wasnt a lot but I know it can be used to fix my prongs so I dont have to pay the extra money for the gold. So I go back in to ask about my gold, the both say we dont give back gold. What!?! Ive never heard of that before. Like I said its not a lot, but gold is money. Not only were these people trying to nickle and dime me in everyway, but they treat me like I dont have a right to ask for my gold back. I already felt ripped off because it came out to be almost $15 more then the $50 she had told me. How does that happen? She swears she told me $59.99 but how the would I get $50 out of that. Basic math and rounding I would go to $60. I am just disgusted and I will never go back. From the moment I walked in I feel like all they wanted was my money. When I get my ring fixed somewhere else and it doesnt cost me $250-$300 I will comment on this review because I know it can be dont cheaper. This was just the first place I went. The only good thing I can say is they were fast. But they also didnt take the whole hour and could have called and said it was done. They had the worst customer service.

I highly recommend they where very helpful in sizing my ring for me and did in in an hour too and there not over expensive either The gentleman that helped me was even very helpful on me picking my husbands necklace and even put it in a little gift bag as well Im a very happy customer and will most definitely be back 😀
