Went in to make a return. Jason was extremely helpful with that and then I asked about printing fliers that I had previously gone to Staples for. Staples always acted like it was a huge inconvenience and the end product was awful. Jason printed out my fliers in less than five minutes and resized them so they didn’t have a huge border. Great service. Great prices. Great products!!!

I didnt get the chance to see their names — (i was in and out so smoothly!) but the customer service here was great (april 22nd around 4pm). it was a man and a woman, & they were extremely attentive. they anticipated my needs and questions before i needed to ask, and were so incredibly nice and pleasant. i left in a good mood knowing such sweet people exist

I go to this location EVERY. DAY. I work for a company that receives shipments Monday through Friday, every single morning at this location. Ive come to know these people very well. Even if I hadnt, Id tell you of my experiences with them being nothing but cordial and very enjoyable. However, knowing them personally over time, I can tell you theyre great people who do a very unusual thing in this world nowadays: take their work seriously. They care about their customers, and they do whatever they can in their power to make every experience the best you can have whenever youre there. I was blessed with this location being my point of contact every morning, I dont know how much Id even enjoy my job without them there to make me laugh and feel welcome every early morning I walk in. Theyre great people, and I can promise, theyll take good care of you. Just walk on in.

I own a commercial cleaning service in the area and I have used there printing service and they have binded multiple packets for me. Great employees always friendly and know what there doing.

I will never use FedEx for delivery. They lack common sense why make 2 attempts to deliver a package at a business at a time that the business is closed. Now I have to pick up a package from a location unknown to me because they lack the common sense to deliver during actual business hours. It says that it could be delivered up until 8 PM you make an attempt 9:30 am and no more that day ridiculous! Im over it. Never again!

This is my first visit to this store and will be my last visit to it too. It is generally a DISASTER.I was trying to mail some files out so I stopped by. After staying there for forty minutes, I walked out with nothing done. Here I listed problems I encountered:1. First of all, the computer system in the store is VERY slow and it took them several minutes to let me know the price of shipment;2. Second, I showed them a coupon I found on their website with my iphone and asked them whether I can use it. They said that I had to print it out ahead. Therefore I rented the computer in the store and printed out the coupon after paying them $1.5. It was until then that they told me the coupon would not be accepted at their store. I definitely doubt that they did not want to accept it at the very beginning.3. Although I was one of a few of customers in the store, clerks were distracted pretty easily as if they were not serving anybody.At the end, I felt that I would not do business with them but switch to some other places. I am very disappointed about their service and will definitely NOT recommend this store to anybody.
