Prompt, friendly service. Over the past year this UPS location has been very helpful to Oldfields School and me. All packages, shipments, etc. made it to their destination on time. I highly recommend this location for all your shipping needs. Thank you, Theo and staff!

Not a good experience at this location or UPS in general. You would think after making me pay $260 in shipping because they couldnt deliver my package on the next day while I was away like I asked that it would be the end of the fees. This however was not the case. I was then asked to pay a $10 stocking fee at this UPS location for holding my packages for 2 hours! The store manager (Theo I think) offered no assistance and demanded I pay the fee. He even made his very nice young associate check on me as I was loading my packages to ensure I paid. Between UPS corporate and this location I probably wont ship UPS ever again.

Conveniently located, convenient hours. Young woman who works there appears to dislike her job and her customers. Has her purse slung on her shoulder as though she’s can’t wait to leave. Flat affect, no smile, little eye contact results in an unfriendly, cold manner. If she doesn’t like her job or her customers, she should move on. I’m giving this location one more try. If she still lacks a customer service attitude, I’ll drive the extra distance to go elsewhere.

The customer service lady, Zyan, working at the UPS Store Cockeysville MD location (store # 7230) was incredibly helpful and kind to me today. It was New Years Eve and she was inundated with Amazon returns, but she still found time to help me ship out my non-Amazon packages and made me feel like a priority customer. She was kind to my children as well, which made having them with me as I ran errands so much easier. This is the only shipping store I will be using locally from here forward.

Update [Removed a star]: It seems this place also charges to print a label. This seems nonsensical. You can drive a very few miles up York Road and ship your package from the main UPS facility who dont charge for labels or tape. The only issue with the main facility is the hours. If you do use the UPS Store go in with a label attached. They will kindly print you a receipt for your shipment for no charge on a label.Friendly staff. No issues in dropping off an Amazon return - which they most likely make very little money on as they simply accept a package.

Doesnt actually serve the functionality of a full/real UPS store, unable to ship a large item even thought the retailer has an agreement with UPS store to ship these items and says you can go to any UPS store. Didnt have a box.

This is the best ups store around ! They are fast and friendly and very helpful to explain the best way to ship . I recommend them to all your friends and family and I will be using them for all my shipping needs ! Very professional and fat too!

During the Covid-19 crisis, I would like to see more protection for the employees. The blue pleated mask that I saw was only for dust and would not protect that employee from the virus. When I was at the store, there were no plexiglas shields at the counter or any other type of shield at the counter. There were no social distancing markers on the floor for customers. More importantly for the employee at the waist high counter, there was no protection from a customer standing right up against the counter only 2 feet away from the employee. That situation happened when I was there with a conversation between the employee and the customer that lasted more than 5 minutes at the counter with the customer only about 2 feet away from the unprotected employee. As we know, without a high plexiglas or other plastic barrier between the employee and the customer the safe distance for the employee is 6 feet. I was very uncomfortable watching this an exited the store while this unprotected conversation was occurring. July, 2021: I returned to the store and found that things have changed significantly for the BETTER. I now recommend this store. I wish the management a successful rest of the year.

Awful service, the asian guy working at this store does not know how to do his job, does not know how to treat an adult and refused to provide information on my package . Very un professional and need to know a lot more on customer service .
