So initially I was going to give a review on my initial experience then I thought a full review would be proper! I’ve rented many storage spaces over my years and when I say this was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The process to get the space was effortless and the communication was great. But wait!!! It gets better! I was greeted by Emerline so sweet and helpful! …..To the unit I go, it’s clean and close to the elevator (Thank God!)Moving in and out went so well. Emerline was so gracious, helpful, and made the experience as easy as possible. I would definitely use them again.!

I really enjoyed working with public storage at this location. The person I worked with was Emerline. She was great. When she first mentioned my storage would be on the 2nd I asked if there was anything available on the first floor. She took the time to find d one for me on the floor i wanted with no problem. She really made me t convenient for me with great customer service. Public storage should be happy she is on their team.
