I am not from the area and was in need of some honest, reliable and timely attention to my car. I was traveling in this area from my home in Arizona when I discovered that my van needed emergency repairs in order to be safe. Partner tire was recommended to me by my son who lives in the area. They were able to take care of everything and managed to do it the next day. Pricing seemed reasonable and I’m very confident that they only did what was necessary. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have a comfortable waiting area, WiFi, and a Kurig machine with free coffee we’re nice benefits. If I lived in this area this would be my go to shop.

My husband and I were in the area for the weekend from out of town, and we were bummin when the starter on my Subaru went at 10 PM on Friday night in a public parking lot. I had it towed to the Subaru dealer, who told me the next morning they wouldnt be able to tell me until 2 PM whether theyd be able to even look at it that day. We werent optimistic in finding someone who could make time for us on a Saturday morning, and many folks turned us down, but Jason and his crew saved the day and offered to squeeze us in. I bought the part from Subaru, and had it and the car sent to Partners, where they had it up on the lift, and then road-ready, within an hour. Their kindness & communication helped turn around what was looking to be a not-very-vacationy-vacation. Thanks Jason and team!!!!

Driving from KY thru Vermont when a low tire light and maintenance required light came on. Very stressful especially on a Saturday. Called and spoke with Jason to schedule a tire inspection and oil change. Very professional and accommodating. Arrived in the rain. Asked if there was a restaurant near by that we could go while we wait. Jason loaned us a vehicle and directed us to the Spanked Puppy for brunch. Tire was fixed and oil change completed within an hour. Excellent service!!

Not sure how this place has such good reviews. I had a problem, Partner told me 1 car part was broken, and on top of it Partner also told me I wouldnt pass inspection because my breaks were so worn. (Ive had them for 2 years.) I was given an expensive quote, which is fine, labor is not cheap, but it felt like the owner was frustrated with me when I questioned him, so it rubbed me the wrong way. I have NEVER asked for second opinion until now and Im glad I did. Another place told me that the part that Partner told me was broken-well folks, it wasnt broken at all, I asked them to check it over and over, different people looked, nope not broken...They fixed my problem for less than HALF of what Partner quoted me. When I was leaving I asked to schedule an appointment to get my breaks replaced since Partner insisted I need new breaks asap, remember? But the second place literally said my breaks are still good. Ive had other problems with Partner before but brushed it off, thinking they know better. Which Im sure they do and they fix what needs fixing, but clearly they fix what doesnt need fixing too. Feeling ripped off. I thought mechanics ripping off girls was an old stereotype, so frustrating. There is a girl that works here whos helpful and nice, and I would go back to her if she worked at another shop. But definitely not coming back here again.

I had a slow leak in one tire and called around to different tire shops but only Partner Tire was able to check it out right away. They determined the leak was in a sidewall so couldn’t be repaired. They found 4 good replacement tires (they needed to be replaced in a few thousand miles anyway) and quickly installed them the following Monday. The only issue was I noticed that the rear tires hadn’t been inflated to the required pressure so turned around and they pumped them up. I will use them again.

Hate to say it but, beware. Terrible experience over and over until I couldnt take it anymore I had to find a new mechanic. Dale informed me my left wheel bearing had to be replaced. Okay done. Dale said my tires were so bad they wouldnt pass future inspections. Okay done. Then 5 months later I go to get my inspection done somewhere closer to home and get told my left wheel bearing is messed up. And the reason Ive had to pump air in my tires every week is because the seal wasnt good. Mind you I brought it to Partners attention last time I was there and they scraped some rocks out of the tread...which didnt do anything. I had to buy a portable pump because it got so bad I couldnt go a week without it. They take you inside the repair garage, and have you walk under your car so you can see the problem. Very effective. The first time I thought, thats kinda neat. Until I found out the problem wasnt there, they just spin your tire, move some parts, and say see? Its broken. (Verified by other mechanics that took a second look). Never going back. My current mechanic suggested I go back with my receipts for the wheel bearing to see what Partner can do, but Im so jaded I dont trust them to touch my car anymore.

Had a great experience at Partner Tire. Was a little nervous as a college student trying to get new tires for the first time after running over a nail but they were able to give me a great deal, amazing customer service, and have my car in and out within 3 hours of my first phone call over. Will definitely be using them again in the future

I came in for a Vermont State Inspection and the staff was both knowledgeable and friendly. I ended up requiring new tires to pass inspection. With such a large array of options for tires on the market, it can be overwhelming to make a decision about what tires you need, but that is not a problem with the trustworthy and professional staff at Partner Tire and Service. I cannot say enough great things about the experience and they have certainly earner a long term customer in the process.

Was planning on leaving for 6 hour trip back to Rochester NY. Discovered the flat at 8am. Limped into the shop shortly after opening. Immediate service! Ordered the tire, pulled the spare and put it on. Said well call you when the tire is here. Left, oops, now the spare is flat (probably the original spare from 2007). Limped in again. No problem, there are a couple of spares sitting on that rack over there, if one fits its yours! Yep, I now have a good spare. On my way again. Called when the tire was there and within 15 minutes of arrival back on the road. Now if that is not service, nothing is! Jason, and the veteran tech who serviced me, the BEST!

This place has officially earned my business for the foreseeable future. I purchased winter tires, wheels, and now an additional set of wheels for my all season tires. Jason was able to fit me in quickly (next day) and was totally professional. Their work is top notch, as is their customer service. Zero complaints, I’m officially impressed.

Great service. They were able to fit me in on short notice and worked through lunch so that it wouldn’t be a long wait. Then they followed up a few days later to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Highly recommend and I will definitely be coming back!

Partner treated us right and did what they could to save us money. Told us what needed to be done now and what could be safely deferred. No upsells, and even suggested we have the dealership perform a repair because it should be covered under warranty, instead of doing the job themselves and charging us. Very happy with their service.

Top notch quality service! After my usual service shop dropped the ball and let me down, I figured Id give Partner Tire a shot. I had a pretty extensive and detailed list of custom instructions (just for a tire installation 😂), and they followed those directions precisely and without question. When a minor error was done on their end (wrong tire size ordered), they resolved it ASAP and had me back on the road quickly rather than rescheduling me. The balancing job is perfect and smooth as silk on the highway. I couldnt be happier with the results.

Im a travel nurse, from out of state approximately 22 hours away. I have never needed snow tires let alone studded ones. Where I come from all season tires work just fine. I called around for pricing and for a garage to get these put on and found partners. Jason was extremely helpful over the phone in setting up an appointment and when plans changed and I couldnt make that because of work. I called in and another employee already knew about me and my situation. They were fast and friendly! They had me in and out in less than an hour. Plus I had a clean and cozy waiting area to sit. They even put my other tires in bags so my car wouldnt get dirty. (I will have to change them when my assignment is over with) I will most definitely go back to them no questions asked when it is time to get them switched.

Came in because they had better hours and availability than many area shops. There was some unforseen complications that cropped up in the repairs required to complete the job. The persistence and customer service of the team through that process is what will keep me coming back.

I went to get my tires resealed from leaking & they said I needed a outer tierod end,so I said okay & a week after the work my wheels leaked & I noticed the truck fell off the lift & put a nice sized dent in my newly replaced rockers. No one said anything about it.

This shop is so great! I went there to get my inspection done. I wasnt going to pass because my winter tires were too worn. They got me a good deal, and actually upgraded me with better tires, but honored the original price when the ones I was going to get ended up not being available. They threw the inspection in for free as well! A week or so later, I ran over a piece of metal that popped one of them. Instead of charging me for fixing it, they patched it up for free. I would definitely recommend them for being so accommodating and helpful, on top of friendly and great service from the staff!

I had a nail poke through my rear passenger side tire...and needed to get it repaired ASAP. I took it to partner tire and Dale was super awesome! Unfortunately my tire could not be plugged/fixed, Dale was able to get me 4 new all seasons for an amazing price! Even order them for me because they didn’t have them in stock, they got the tires in next day and I had my vehicle all fixed up and ready to go in 2 days! Bought a vehicle from Kyle, one of their employees. Kyle had told me that nothing was wrong aside from an oil leak around the oil pressure sensor. He assured me everything was fine with it, just a O-ring should seal it. Turns out it was a cracked head on the engine. When I reached back out to him, nothing. Very dishonest, wont recommend to anyone.

Very unprofessional they drink and do drugs while working on cars and will tell you things are wrong with your car that really aint wrong just to get you to spend more money. Ive seen them write up a fake bill for someone just so the person wouldnt want to fix it cause they didnt have enough money and they convinced them to sell them the car and they sold it for way more than what the person sold it to them cause all it really needed was breaks. Me personally I would never get any work done thru them and told friends to never go there as well.And I have videos of them drinking in the shop and doing drugs

I had to have my winter tires changed to summer for the end of my lease. I called Partner Tire and they got me in for an appointment as soon as they could. When I arrived they were very courteous and took care of me right away. My tires were changed out in less than an hour. Within an hour I was back in my car and on the road. Would I recommend Partner Tire? You bet I would, pleasant to deal with and speedy to boot!

My experience with Partner Tire was excellent. I went into the shop after having done considerable online research to find the best snow tires. When I spoke to Jason, he took the time to ask many questions about my driving habits, travel plans, and more. His goal was to determine which was the best snow tire for ME. His recommendation was for a tire I had not considered, and he explained all of the reasons why it was right for me. And it was less expensive than what I thought I had chosen. Brought my Honda in for inspection and some standard service. Team was great - explained everything they were doing and appointment stayed on schedule and finished in a timely manner. Not sure how pricing compares to other places but felt fair to me!

Did really good work on my BMW. I bought a set plus a spare of Nokian tires that were recommended to me by a staff member. Havent used the tires long enough to rate the tires themselves but the balancing feels great. The price on the tires was higher than some online retailers but they had them in stock and they scheduled me quickly. I also had an alignment done and I am very happy with the results. Im rather particular when it comes to these things and to me the steering wheel is straight and there is no wandering at all. Would absolutely recommend no question

I had a okay experience here. I scheduled a state inspection as they were the only shop you could squeeze me in on 12 hours notice. I ended up driving my car back and forth 3 times to this shop fixing/replacing what the mechanics were saying needed to be dealt with. During one of my failed attempts to pass the state inspection, I ended up using their tire mounting service which was upcharged as i had not purchased the new tires at their store. They did not charge me for the failed inspections which was great! I ended up just driving my car to the dealership for the inspection and got a clean bill of health. Staff was very friendly.

Ive used Partner Tire a couple of times now for tire changeover and for purchasing new tires. Their prices are always comparable or better than surrounding locations, and they always get me in promptly (sometimes within 24-48 hours if I get a flat)! They came recommended to me and I also recommend them to others!

Partner Tire is awesome! Since moving to Colchester, Ive gotten several oil changes, maintenance, and winter and summer tires here. They are always fast, friendly, and straightforward about costs. Theyre also great about answering questions, helping to evaluate options (e.g. weighing cost vs. quality), and advising about maintenance schedules. If I moved back to Burlington, I would still drive out to Partner for their fantastic service. Also -- waiting room coffee & donuts is a great perk :)

Was told my snow tires werent good enough, and had a 1000 dollar quote put in front of me. My Snow tires have 98% of studs and the tread is more than aggressive. In times likes these, making a quick buck on a local cuatomer is unacceptable. I have done plenty of business in the past with only good things to say, until you leave your car with 1 or 2 individuals who need a refresher course in changing tires. I will not be going to this auto shop amymore, and I got my snow tires on without being shady.

Broke parts on my car and tried to blame me for it, then tried to tell me I needed 4 new calipers when they were literally all replaced within the past 6 months and were in perfect condition.These dudes literally drink alcohol on the job as well, no wonder this shop is such an absolute joke.
