If you need help with parts for your car/truck go talk to LOUIS. He knows what he is talking about. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and came recommended from a couple of repair shops in town. Helped me find the parts I was needed and even went out of his way to find one of them at another store.

Anderson was a life saver in helping me replace my battery terminal! He answered questions and came out and actually helped me replace the terminal for hours back and forth as different problems arose. I went in to get a pretty corroded battery replaced and turns out the terminal was completely stuck to the battery. Aaron went above and beyond trying all sorts of things for what must have been over an hour to get it off and replaced. I was starting to lose hope when he pulled a miracle and got it off! I am forever grateful to all his help and efforts. It wouldve cost me a fortune to get my car towed if not for Aaron. Thank you so much!

If your car dies do not go here for a battery. The guy we talked to wouldnt sell us a new one without the existing battery. We knew what battery our car has but the employee wouldnt sell without us removing the battery and letting him see it first. There are two different core options, we called OReilly and he was willing to talk to us over the phone about the battery options. He was much nicer than here.
Night manager in gray shirt was no help! Did not come outside and help me with cabin air filter. Due to having longer leg, I feel he thought I was drunk and called the police while I was replacing the air filter. I worked for lyft and had my lyft light on at the time. After an hour of cspd wasting my time, they let me go. Later I filed a formal complaint to their internal affairs on how I was treated. As to this autozone, I informed their regional manager Sid of this incident. If youre on this side of town, go to Oreillys. If you want autozone, go to Bryan..they have always gone the extra mile and will come outside with diagnostic tools or help you change headlights.
Bravo Emily and Autozone!! My daughter called me this morning that her car wouldnt start. I live a couple hours away but fortunately CS is full of great people. After she got a jump we called Autozone and Emily answered. She was extremely helpful and offered to test the starter, alternator and then replace the battery herself since my daughter didnt know how. What a great experience for us! I always use Autozone in Katy, TX but it sure is great to know that the service in College Station is fantastic as well. Thanks for taking care of my girl and thank you Emily for being such a pleasure to deal with both on the phone and even more in person with my daughter.

With online shopping on the rise, this location is not as competitive as it could be.I went in looking for a cabin and engine air filter for 45$Doing my research, amazon had better quality parts for 20$. I immediately returned my items the same day. These prices are not competitive, they are inflated. I would not go here, their are better deals out there.

I went in to get my car key battery replaced and was first helped by this very friendly elderly employee (not in any way posting about him negatively - I thought he was great!!) However, Im guessing he might have placed the battery in incorrectly because I walked out of the store and my key didnt work, so I went back in to see if they could reopen my key and check it out. Stood in line and waited again, but the employee who helped me originally was now helping another customer. This new employee I went with was SUPER rude. His name is Mason and when I told him my battery was still having issues he dismissively just said well if you just got a new battery and its not working then its probably your key cards problem and when I tried explaining to him that my keys were working before I came to the store to get a new battery (it was still working its just that the battery was running low and I didnt want to wait til it died on me completely) he approached me with a very aggressive attitude saying that it was my own problem and he couldnt help me. He kept saying well its probably just bad timing on your end even though I had literally just walked out of the store and back in in the span of about 30 seconds. I then asked him if I should try switching the battery, to which he replied well if you want to go ahead and buy another one then go ahead VERY RUDELY. Finally when he saw that I wasnt planning on walking out without him checking my keys he grabbed them and opened them up and readjusted the battery. After that he stomped outside and started pushing the button to get my car to unlock. AND IT WORKED SO OBVIOUSLY IT WAS THE BATTERY AND NOT MY OWN KEY CARD. Super super rude man, I dont know if he was just having an off day or something, but I would definitely wait in line longer just to not have to deal with him.

I would only go here to buy parts. I was recommended to come here by Discount Tire when my headlight went out. The guy who helped me looked at my car and noticed they both worked when I put my brights on. Meaning, the lights were fine, it was most likely just a setting needing to be changed. He still strongly suggested I buy not one, but TWO bulbs for my car because they were both not turning on without the brights. Once he changed the passenger one (which wasn’t even the one I thought needed to be changed and I had told him that) he said they still weren’t coming on until I turned the brightness up, then magically both of them are working fine. I had to tell him that I still had bought two headlights when I only used one. I’m not sure he would’ve given me a refund if I had not said something about the extra bulb. Also very condescending and complained about the job. Do not recommend unless you know what you are needing and able to grab it and go without the “help” from the employees.

Bought a battery and had them install it. The guy installing it had no idea what he was doing and took out some wrong bolts (dropped one in the engine bay) didnt secure the battery correctly, and messed up the battery terminal. Had to fix everything afterwards on my own at home.I would give one star but I love autozone.
Mason was great.EDIT: Mason lied about the rewards card, saying I had $20 credit towards my next purchase, after I bought a $200 car battery. I went in and was told I had 1 rewards point, and that I was mistaken. (What the lady said).
They are always going above and beyond their requirements I never walk out without being spoken to and given great advice! Now, my car has amazing aroma and no bacteria in the air conditioner! Thanks a million!!

Employees seem unhappy to be there and not knowledgeable at all, especially the shorter Hispanic lady. Shes rude and not very helpful at all.. If you want true knowledgeable and courteous customer service go to the Oreillys right down the road from this place .
Bryce, an associate, found me frustrated, trying to get out a bolt behind my starter and he grabbed his own personal tools to help, also staying past the end of his shift. The rest of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely return.

I went into Autozone today for a new battery and the staff was a great help. They did a free check to verify it was the battery that was the issue prior to me buying a new battery. Their employee Mason in specific was proactive and helpful. He got my battery replaced in no time, and didn’t try to upsale me into buying things I didn’t need for my car. I would definitely come back and recommend this location.
Never had a bad experience here (aside from one time I got the wrong starter motor, but that was a miscommunication and not the employees fault). Theyll let you use their tools, theyll install new batteries, and let you loiter in their parking lot replacing your 3rd brake light for as long as you need.

I came in asking what oil I should put into a e350 as I was going on a long trip. The head person in charge was nice enough except he did not know what he was talking about.He said 5w 20 was what I should use. I needed a 10w 40.I put it in my engine and my engine was NOT happy a 300 miles later. So I called my mechanic and he was very worried. The oil was too thin for me rig. It could have caused a big issue in the middle of nowhere.Im engine litterate but I would expect in a Texas town selling parts the the tech would know what I need to put on my engine.Luckily Im still on the road.I will add that he did not look up my engine in his system to see what was the oil I needed.My fault to trust a company person who should know or at least be able to look up what I needed.It could have cost me thousand of dollars in repairs and last income.

At the intersection of 21 and Bus 6 I experienced a total power failure. I eased into Auto Zone and met with Christopher who helped charge my battery and assisted in replacing my alternator.and repair of some wiring. All this on a cold wet night near closing. Thanks Auto Zone and Christopher.

We went in because our check engine light came on and wanted to know what it was. Jay helped us figure it out. Took him about 5 minutes when firestone told us itll take them an hour and a half. He even took the time to explain what the problem was and what needed to be done. And didnt charge a penny. Great service.
Auto zone is the place to go when it comes to parts stores. These guys know what parts your talking about and can get you the best price in town, not to mention deliver it too you aswell. You cant beat fast friendly service and this is one place I cant stay out of.
Ive been to this location a few times, and almost every time I visit, the staff is helping customers (both inside the store and in the parking lot).You may experience a bit of a wait to check out, but you will be well taken care of here.
I ordered a part and paid it on the phone and I was supposed to receive a phone call when its at the store. They never called and when I called later I was kept on hold for twenty minutes to find out that they delivered it to a mechanic shop and told me its my problem to solve it with the other shop!!Finally someone else called, apologized and told me they talked to the mechanic shop and I dont need to pay again for the part.

Great! The store manager (Mason) helped me with my battery that I purchased 7 months ago at an AutoZone in Washington state. Couldnt ask for better service!This morning I had issues getting the Suburban running. I suspected it was the battery. After finally getting it to turn I called the store and they said they would test it and change it the battery (if it was the problem) since it was within the 3 year warranty (Duralast Gold)... in spite of me not having the receipt! Of course the battery was good and it was just the loose wires to the battery. The store manager tightened it down for me himself free of charge. Thanks guys!!
