I loved the mattress and the sales team has been exceptional. We ordered a mattress cover for our mattress which has not delivered nor have we been provided any realistic timeline for the delivery. It is nearly two weeks since our mattress was delivered without the cover. We are still waiting. We were informed the warehouse is not communicating and/or shipping effectively despite efforts made by the local employees.

I had a great experience. Nicolas helped me find what I needed. As soon as I told him what my problem was with my current bed, he narrowed down what would work for me and got it on the money! Speaking of money, I got a great deal too and he didn’t try to push me out of my price range. He was 100% honest and upfront and it didn’t feel like I was being pressured into anything like a lot of sales do. He was informative, polite and very helpful. Went to another mattress store and didn’t feel the same friendliness, plus the mattresses I was showed there just didn’t compare to the quality this store had.

We had a great experience at Mattress Firm Redmond Terrace. Our salesman, Nicholas, was very knowledgeable but not the least bit pushy. He was also very respectful of our budget. The delivery service was well worth the cost! The crew was in and out of my house in less than 15 minutes. And, the best part was that my husband and I didn’t have to deal with getting rid of the old mattress! I would highly recommend this location to others for their mattress needs.

I went into Mattress Firm with my mom and boy am I glad I did. My mom and I were inquiring about adjustable bases and mattresses. Oh did I mention we had an awesome salesman named Nicolas Maddenwho answered all of our questions to the best of his ability and also gave me his recommendation on mattresses to consider. I was sold once I tried out 1 of the mattresses that was recommended. I’m so glad I went into the store. I can’t wait for my mattress to arrive.

I had a great experience. Walked in, told the guy what kind of mattress i like, size and price i want, and the first one he pulled out was the one i got. Delivery is scheduled for one day later. :)

The price of our bed was the best price in the area. Havent slept in it yet but it was comforting to try out. The service was to the extreme. Knowledgeable and helped us to better understand the bed and its accessories.

Chandler was knowledgeable, and guided us to exactly what we needed at a price we could afford.
