What a comfortable and smooth buying experience. And it’s because of two reasons. One the mattresses sell themselves. This will be our second sleep number after having ours for 13 years. We wanted an upgrade in size from a queen to a king. Two the customer service at this location. Debby is knowledgeable about the features of each bed and how compatible they are to the body. My husband and I walked away feeling good about our purchase leaving the store. No buyers remorse here!!! Even after literally “sleeping on it”☺️. Today they also had free delivery!! Weve been a sleep number bed owner for 11 years and upgraded today. Ryan at the Sleep Number store in College Station was awesome. He was funny and thoughtful. He thoroughly explained everything from bed features to financing options in clear and concise terms. Great experience!!

Every time I visit this store the service is wonderful. The workers are patient and very informative about all of the products. They help us make the most of the sales that were being offered, and do not try to push us to buy extra products. They are also very nice to our kids and help make them comfortable while we shop.

We were thoroughly explained regarding each bed between the differences( even with all my research on internet) there still much to learn. Great customer service.

PARKERS BEWARE: We parked near this store in College Station and visited a nearby store in the shopping center and we got towed!! Our mistake and we shouldve been more careful!. The tow fee was $300! Now, Ill NEVER go to SLEEP NUMBER as a customer.
