Outstanding customer service. Taneasha, the manager, took time to help me with watch batteries and directions for where I can send another watch to Fossil to get it fixed and provided me with the proper packaging. She was patient, friendly, and serviced my watches that have sentimental value attached to them as if they were important to her as well. She was positive and encouraging with great conversation that made me feel like a friend beyond just a customer. Taneasha and the staff at the College Station location continue to make me a huge fan of Fossil.

Such a great store here in College Station!! Adrian the store manager obviously cared about his customers since my friend and I were debating on a birthday grift for my boyfriend. He over heard our issues and immediately found the perfect solution, I almost cried! Store ar the mall said they couldnt help with a watch repair despite buying it at this store. While on the website figuring out my problem because the associate couldnt help I found that all the watches are about $20 more in store than online.
I have had nothing but issues since I bought my smartwatch September of 2017. I’ve been able to bring it in to have someone look at my watch and have it taken care of pretty quickly. Until today a lady in the office didn’t even take the time to see why my watch stopped pairing. She simply said no receipt means you’ll be paying $25 to have it sent off plus the cost of repair or we can give you 50% credit for cost of the watch. She took no time to even look at me. She was too busy playing with the register to even look at me when I spoke. Never did she try look me or my husband up in the system. She did not even give me a chance to tell her what my watch was doing. My watch is just over a year old. If I can’t have a working watch that’s only a year old then fossil needs to work on their smart watches. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service.

Great customer service! The employees were very helpful and even set the date and time on my watch after quickly replacing my battery. Had this watch for 10 years now. Great product and service overall. Very pleased!
I dont remember the guys name who works there but he is awesome. Thank you for being patient and having a great attitude. I will say he is African American. He deserves a raise.

The people there are very very nice and understanding. I bought a fossil watch in Houston galleria several days ago and the crown fell off. I was expecting to pay some money for the fix even with the warranty. The manager directly changed a new one for me without questions and help me synchronize the new watch with my phone.
As soon as I walked in this store, I was greeted with so much excitement ! The store was extremely packed when I came in and I still felt like every associate was excited to see me !The sales person who ended up helping me buy a watch was Adrian, I’ve never left a store feeling so informed ! I’ll be back ❤️

I bought a Gen 3 Sport Smart Watch. I had to replace it once and then brought it in again because it wouldn’t connect to the iPhone 10 and then because it wouldn’t charge. The device was not old, purchased this year. When I came to turn in my watch and asked for a hybrid I was told I’d have to pay half the price of a new hybrid. Fossil will not stand by the quality of their products and instead wishes to rip people off. I’ve bought purses, hand bags, wallets, jewelry and watches there until yesterday. I’m done with buying Fossil.

I have not had the best of luck with fossil watches my first one was stolen out of my gym bag 5 day after my wife had bought for me as a wedding gift. Went back to Fossil and purchased another one to replace the one she had bought for me and 16 days later the crown fell off of it not allowing me change the time at all. I went back to fossil thinking that I was going to have to pay to get it fixed or replace the crown since I did not keep my receipt. The manager at the store was very understanding and marked the watch as defective and I received a brand new watch, I couldnt be happier with the customer service I have received there and will definitely return there for my next watch purchase!
