I love coming to this store. It’s always in fine shape and well managed. I stopped by to exchange a gift I received. Cassidy and James were very attentive and made me feel welcomed. They were very helpful and made the exchange really easy!

I was looking for some boots for our son for Christmas and I called the College Station store. Annika was so helpful! She looked through the inventory and got back to me right away. In today’s times it is refreshing to have someone be so helpful and friendly. Thank you Annika!!!

I would hate to be the person responsible for paying rent in this fine store. They opened bars for first time since March. Had 3 drinks and walked to the store to buy a sports coat. It was Friday evening, 6:57 pm. Locked and closed. But sign said open until 8 ?

My girlfriend and I walked in on 1/20/2020 and no employee came to us and asked if we needed help. They stared at us and gave us a look as if we were going to take something. I was dressed in business attire. We asked how their day was and the lady said hello but the gentleman said nothing. Customer service was horrible. No one was in the store except a older lady and she was leaving. Even though no one but us was in the store, they still did not say a word to either of us. I wanted to drop some good cash but they will never receive any of my money.

When we come in for my husband to look at boots, and we have a 2-year-old who suddenly says they need to go to potty, you don’t point us to a place across the street with a “public bathroom”. You let a mom in need use your bathroom. My money won’t be spent there! Poor customer service...
