Really great and friendly service. Convenient and easy to work with. All of the 8, 26 lamps were delivered quickly but one piece of glass was inadvertently cracked in transit despite excellent packing. I didnt need to show receipts....the sweet girl behind the counter knew me and ordered the glass right away and took care of it. Thank you!

Spent almost 10 grand here on fixtures for a new custom home and the customer service was abhorrent. Wouldn’t let us come to the store to make selections, wanted to TEXT us pictures instead.Had different salespeople because midway through our transaction because she either quit or got fired, then nobody acted like they cared at all.Misguided us during the selection process, got the count for the fixtures incorrect even after walking the property twice. Then charges US 25% restock fee or no returns at all if box is open. Walmart has a kinder return policy, and they aren’t known for their customer service either. What a racket. 😡Love supporting local business but certainly not this one. Avoid.

Good selection on display and in inventory. I found pricing to be reasonable and the staff is very helpful.
