I made an appointment for shingles shot (2nd shot). I showed up 15 minutes early and was told it would be at least a 30 minute wait. I told them I had an appointment and they said, “that didn’t matter.” After 45 minutes I left. Staff here not very friendly. Why have on line scheduling if you don’t use it! Go to CVS and avoid this place!!!!!

I have gone to this location 3 times to get a Covid 19 vaccine twice with an appointment, once as a walk in and everytine ive gone in it is complete dead. Yet when I let them know I am here for a shot they tell me it will be about an hour wait or more everytime, when I see multiple people on staff doing nothing. I dont have the time to wait around over an hour for no reason at all just to get a shot that literally takes 2 minutes to administer .

Would not recommend getting your covid vaccine there. Even with an appointment still had to wait 45 minutes. Tom Thumb did it in 5 minutes.

Website says walk in vaccines welcome with hours listed. Walked in to get vaccine and was told 10-7 min- fri . Kinda felt like pharmacist was not wanting to take the time to do it. Keep your hours with what your website states .

The Pharmacy team is amazing. Three ladies were working tonight and they did an excellent job. I don’t have insurance so all my meds are full priced. One lady helped me look them up on “Good Rx” because I asked and she was willing to help with no hesitation! I really appreciate her and the pharmacist was wonderful as well. She helped me compare prices and what medications would be best for my money’s worth! The other Mrs. who I usually see at the window is always smiling and positive! I didn’t get names but you know who you are! You have a wonderful pharmacy team. God bless.

Good evening,I am looking to speak with a member of the management team (corporate or store manager) for the pharmacy location at 4403 Colleyville Blvd. Colleyville, Texas. This is the 3rd time in 6 weeks my pharmacy experience has been a disaster. On one occasion my medicine was partially filled after an explanation that this could not be done because it was illegal and it was filled anyways. That to say, the exact same medicine would then not be released to my husband on the very next visit who has picked up all of my medications since a MAJOR SPINE SUGERY 12/26/19. I have notified all pharmacy team members on multiple occasions I can not drive and my husband is released to pick up all medications.Today (2/3) I received a text notification for the same prescription and confirmed via phone. When my husband arrived he was told we dont have anyone by the name provided. The problem with this EXCUSE is it is just that an excuse. I fill the same prescriptions weekly and biweekly and continue to be hassled every time. The staff actually made me come to the location in person (after deliberately explaining I cant drive and should not be in a vehicle because of SURGERY) to obtain my medicine. So once again, a new excuse and a new problem. When I arrived the staff treated me with such disrespect and even questioned if I was who my ID said I was after I clearly told them all of my information with a picture ID as well as all of my husbands information.On a separate occasion 2 weeks ago my doctor had to send a prescription 5 separate times the course of 7 days in order for the pharmacy to confirm they received it. This is an electronic delivery system and should never happen. This was critical and timing was of the essence... once again I was hassled and filled with BS excuses.In summary, someone should take a close look at customer satisfaction at this location and DO SOMETHING about it. The all Indian staff have no clue what they are doing and every person Ive seen in the last 6 weeks is fed up with the service and ridiculous mismanagement of peoples time. In 6 weeks I have spent a grand total of 16 hours to pick up prescriptions that should have taken no longer than 4 hours maximum (and that is being very generous given the time of day, number of people in the store, etc. )

I go into this Walgreens often when I’m visiting and always have a pleasant experience. Sonia goes out of her way to help the customer and is very knowledgeable. She’s fantastic! If you have questions about hair/nails/skin/makeup etc. she’s your lady! A raise should be in her future. 😀

I visited this store a month ago and havent forgotten about what wonderful service I received. A beautiful lady who was working in the cosmetics section was so kind and helpful. I had just got a skin treatment and was embarrassed to be in public, she immediately took me under her wing. She recognized exactly what products I needed and gave me plenty samples to try. Thank you!

They never answer their phone and there’s NO WAY to get a human on the line. I have spent more than 1+ hours waiting to speak to someone TODAY (not to mention SEVERAL times in the past) because my prescription was rejected online, but literally can not get a single person on the line. Will never send a prescription here again. Absolutely despicable.

I am always greeted when I walk in the door. The employees are friendly and helpful. The pharmacy staff is polite and efficient despite high volume and stress from impatient clients. The stow is clean and well organized.

Seriously horrible customer service!!!!! The guy in photo sits on his phone hiding out the whole time while nobody is ever at the front of the store. Then when I need assistance (that a worker cant help me with) it take at least 10 minutes for the manager to show up.

One of the cashiers who works in cosmetics is so rude. She never wants to help you. I think shes Hispanic. Like I am Hispanic and I know that she is so I feel so sorry she is so rude.
