Absolutely one of my favorite stores to shop. Love that I can uses as many coupons as I want to. I love browsing the store because they have a variety of everything.

After I checked out one of cashiers noticed that a few of my items were very heavy. She volunteered to helped me carry them to my car. Excellent customer service experience. I wished more places cared about their customers.

I was trying to find a can opener that would create a hole. Wal-Mart didnt have one and Kroger had one that actually bent beyond usage; made in China ( go figure). The salesperson suggested gadgets, which led me directly to what I wanted

Store was clean and well stocked. We found the 3 sale items with no problem, checked out, and were on our way!

Went in yesterday evening very nice and helpful staff. Doormat that I wanted was out of stock inside the store. I was able to get it ordered online thanks to the wonderful ladies that worked that area. Thanks a lot for stopping what you where doing to help me meant a lot.

Not a typical BB&B store. None of the hand sanitizers or disinfectant wipe dispensers are operational. Pricing displayed is not the same as what appears when billed.

The manager of this store Frank, is SCARED to speak to customers that have an ISSUE with this location. Frank is unprofessional, unethical, & insubordinate, along with other employees. If the manager is exhibiting this type of behavior, then this must be why his employees do. Therefore, this leads to corporate accepting this type of behavior as well. Dont worry Frank, Im not expecting a response from you regarding this Google review, since you are afraid of speaking with people that have an issue.

Im not much of a shopper for this store, however, if you need cool kitchen gadgets and the latest styles of bedding, this is the place for you. Its convenient to the rest of the mall shopping. Parking sometimes can be a challenge when going here for a quick stop.

Been Shopping at the COLLIERVILLE Bed Bath and Beyond for over 9 years. Excellent service and selection.

They have a lot of good quality stuff in there. It maybe expensive but you can fine what you want or need in there. Also, they have coupons issued in mail or online.

Many items have a huge increase over standard prices for the same item. Will go back to using Amazon and my free shipping for most stuff I could get here. Dont like the hard sell of items at the cash register when checking out.
