I came in for a couple things but ended up with more then i could carry. charles was already helping me with finding things around the store, when he saw i was running out of room for items, he brought me a more substantial cart, loaded it for me and even help me put it in my truck. these employees will assist you and look out for you while your there. Even the lady working on the hooks isle was very friendly and informative. this is a great store.

I used to log this Home Depot then came the time to buy my appliances. I purchased set up a date the date arrived and no appliances. Instead they pushed the date back over 2 with no notice. Then stated it was out for delivery then put me on hold for 12 minutes with each person picking up then placing it back on hold and transferring to the same department i just spoke with. At what point does the employee take the bias for action and see what happened and increase the customer service. Why would I want to buy from there again? Lowe’s is closer to me yet I still went to Home Depot. Sad.

Today, of course we’re celebrating Labor Day, and all the employees I talked to were very friendly and helpful. I found exactly what I needed and was on my way in less than 30 minutes. Thanks, HD

If you need it you can usually find it here. Covid has ruined the five star rating of this store too. Understaffed and there is almost always something I need that has an empty spot on the shelf. I have to hunt someone down to reluctantly get that big ladder thing and retrieve a box from the top shelf. With more staff Im sure more stuff would be getting stocked on the shelves.

Terrible customer service. Came in looking for a part and needs some help. I had to track down and interrupt employees on their phones to ask for assistance and was repeatedly turned down because what I needed wasn’t in their department and they couldn’t point me towards anyone who could help. Asked at the customer service desk as well and was told there was no one in the building who would be of assistance. Left here and went to Lowe’s where I was immediately greeted and offered help which it turns out I didn’t need because everything was organized so well I was able to find it myself. When in Collierville and needing supplies I highly recommend skipping Home Depot and going to Lowe’s instead

I went in today needing 10 bags of rocks in garden, the lady that was out there was so rude and acted like she did not wanna help me. When I needed to check out my cashier Zackriah was so nice and polite to me. When it was time for me to put the rocks in my truck none was around I waited for 10 minutes no one came, I’m 62 years old and couldn’t do it. Zachkriah stopped what he was doing came out and loaded everyone in my truck. Amazing Employe!!!!!!!

Went to the Collierville store, they had a great selection and very helpful staff.

Got everything from tub to faucets to pipes to flooring to lights to remodel our bathroom. It turned out gorgeous.

Home Depot is one of my favorite places to shop. Generally, they have what Im needing and the employees are friendly and helpful. I say generally, because that is not always the case at all Home Depot stores. I dont go to the Home Depot that is closest to me on Riverdale & 385 anymore. That store does not present itself as being respectful of its customers. They have an attitude that they dont care if you shop there or not. The parking lot is usually quite littered with debris. The employees are not friendly, nor accommodating if you have to ask where an item is located. I would go so far to say that the employees there regard customers as being an imposition. I go out of my way to the store in Olive Branch or Collierville where the atmosphere is much more pleasant. Its rare that I have to ask where an item is located, but when I do, the employees at either Olive Branch or Collierville are most accomodating.

Very crowded with pallets of mulch and garden materiel close to unloading docks. If turning right onto Market Blvd from Poplar Ave, make sure your trailer tandems are as far forward as they get. Youre going to need it. Also, a lot of car traffic in alley behind store so you have to keep a watch for them.

I visited to get an idea of how I wanted to hang my new panels and drapes. The first gentleman really didnt have time to assist one on one so I went to find help and was partnered with TREY. I left with what I needed and this young man was knowledgeable and patient. Its glad to know there are some people to have time to help. Pictures will come later...

I ordered a refrigerator back on 4-24-21. I went into the store to have a sales person order it for me. She pulled up the one i wanted and it was in my prize range so i bought it. I had to was 3 weeks before having it delievered. They were suppose to call the day before to give me a time frame of when they would be coming. They never called i ended up havong to call them. They were suppose to call again 30 min before coming the day off.It was suppose to be delievered on 5-15-21 from 2:30 pm to 6:30pm. They never called. I once again had to call them and they said i was next. This was at 6:40.I waited until 8 and still no phone call. I tried calling again but they were closed so i had to call home depot. They told me they couldnt do anything about it and that i had to wait til monday. I finally got a call from tje delievery people and they said they would bring it today 5-16-21. Well we they got here it was the wrong refrigerator. I called home depot again cause every where else was close and they said they couldnt do anything about it. That all the could do was cancel my order and for me to come into the store to place anothet order for the one i was suppose to get. Well the problem with that plan was that when i ordered it in the store the first time it was on sale and if i ordered in again they would not give it to me for the price i paid. I wouldve had to pay over $1,000 more then what i had already spent and managment wouldnt do anything to help. So i told them i wont my money back and they told me they cant do anything until the next day....... I ended up having to go to best buy and after telling them what happen i ended up getting a better refrigerator for $650 more instead of over $1,000 more. I will NEVER go back to home depot in collierville.

A great store for all of your home repair, updates, gardening supplies and flowers. They have done an excellent job keeping up with the high demands during the pandemic!! They have kept hand sanitizers and wipes for health protection and seemed to have worked hard to get stock out and provide more assistance. I like their organization.

I drove from Cordova to Collierville to Home Depot because the website said they had an item but in limited quantities. How was I to know that meant we aint got one? Customer service it seems doesnt mean much at Home Depot...🙄

One exemplary employee Niya is the only reason Im not rating this store 2 stars. I had an online order that was cancelled but I still wanted to complete the purchase. Long story short my experience at the customer service desk started out with positive potential but quickly declined as the first employee lost interest and basically walked off. But Niya provided great service until my transaction was complete and I didnt leave without my purchase (which was almost the outcome). This was my first experience at this location.

I have never had luck here. I can never find someone to help me, when I do (rarely) they will not tell me where, they might tell me an isle it’s on if I’m lucky. Then when I find where the item should be they don’t have it(out of stock) just not as friendly as Lowe’s or as helpful as Lowe’s. I prefer to just shop at Lowe’s where I can find what I need or someone will help me.

Not a good location to pickup your online order. They charged my card and almost 2 hours later, they still had not picked my 1 item (just a small Christmas tree). I’d understand if they were super busy, etc but I went inside and they were not busy. Employees were actually just standing around talking.No apology, nothing. If you have an online order here and it’s not a larger order and it’s taking hours to receive your order, just go inside. You’ll be waiting all day if you wait on them to decide when they feel like picking your order.Expected a lot more from a Collierville location.

I went to get doors for my house. Im disabled and they made me get my own order. The lady at the door area is the only one to help put doors on the cart. I had to go get the big cart and take it to the front. Then they didnt load the doors for me. I hurt myself doing all that and have to wait the next say to hang the door. This is the first time they did this.

Just did a curbside pickup. It was super easy! Home Depot for the win!

This store is pretty clean and people is very helpful, kind and easygoing. This is my go to store for any handyman work I have around the house.

Never deliver to this store. The people here are lazy and rude. The store doesnt open until 8am, so the workers arrive at 7:59am, and finally make it to the receiving workstation about 8:15. They unhooked the door buzzer, so you have to beat on the door until someone opens it.

I had an experience that needed improvement and the store manager, Marquee Hall, did all that he could to correct it. My previous review was a lengthy one detailing my frustration. I deleted it because I am grateful for the lengths he went to make me a satisfied customer. Thank you, Mr. Hall! I can now work in my yard!

I made a curbside pickup of an on-line order. The experience was quite good. I just wish the staff would wear masks consistently - I noticed very few of them with masks on when I went inside about two weeks ago.

Always good service and attention to details. They will help if you need something and try to get what you need. I did a copy for my house keys and was a very easy process, they have auto pay checkout so that make even more easier and convenient.

This location is good for shopping for your home products but not for renting van, i had bad experience renting van and ended up paying higher price, they charge you for your waiting time as well.

I have seen a definite improvement in the service I receive at Home Depot over the last year. They are MUCH more friendly and seem to be glad to have you shopping there. I would have given 5 stars if they had things a little easier to find. The app works great to find things but if I’m on an aisle looking, I shouldn’t have to open the app to find the bay number. Things are so crowded on the shelves it’s sometimes tricky to find anything smaller than a large box.

Because of service I went to Lowes. The return department was good answered ask my questions and gave good instruction. People on orange vest didnt listen to me fully and left me feeling that my business there was not important and wasnt needed.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎. Didnt want to leave a one star rating, they made me have to put one in to leave post.

He helped us today, 10/6/19 while waiting on other customers until we got the colors we needed. Great employee! He has been the only one in the Paint Dept. that has gone the extra mile. Thank you!

I will NEVER do business with this store again. I am a contractor of 16yrs now and have never been treated like this from any Home Depot store. I placed a window order April 29th was given a 6/5 delivery. Contacted the store the following 2 weeks and was told delayed because of Covid?? OK no problem. Contacted the store again 6/19 was told my windows were on the truck. Packed my trailer and tools and drove 4hrs to find a place to stay. 6/20 go in to set up a delivery. NO WINDOWS!! Millworks calls rep and spends 2 plus hrs to get an answer. Calls me that evening said they are in Lithia, Ga on the truck and should be in 6/26 or 7/6?? Was notified by email 6/25 windows were in. Call the store after talking with Renae, one of the managers, on 6/24 to see if they can at least deliver my windows to the job for all the trouble? said she would make it happen once they got the confirmation they were in. 6/25 email confirmation comes in at 2:30, I contact JJ the store manager and he tells me too late to set up Friday delivery but will have them delivered between 6am and 8pm Saturday?? Couldnt give me a more detailed time?? Needless to say 3:30 Saturday I call to see where are my windows, JJ tells me they kicked my delivery off and now wont be able to deliver till Monday?? Informed him how very displeased I was and I would be up to get my own windows and to have them waiting on me. Pulled into parking lot to see one of their box trucks that they rent and informed them, they could have delivered my windows like they said they would have. They informed me I could rent it and deliver my own windows. Then Renae rudely told me to leave the store because she didnt appreciate my tone and then informed the guys to push my windows out the store doorway and let him load his own windows!! Absolutely put out with the service that I received from the 2 managers at this store!!

Dont every buy a Whirlpool refrigerator from Home Depot like I did. I paid $1500 for it 2 years ago and its broke, and even whirlpool.com auth repair (All Appliances repair) cant get parts for it (G.D. 12v 2speed fan motor). I am filing a report with CPPA and BBB. Buy a GE, it is cheaper to work on. I will never ever buy another Whirlpool product. Also, homedepot says they have instock fridges (since mine it broke), but they lie. I went there and its two weeks to get any fridge. Lowes was honest and didnt show any in stock.

They decreased my credit line for non use. I have great credit. This decision could negatively affect this.

Ill be honest, Home Depot hasnt been my favorite store in years past but it seems theyve improved. You can find a helpful employee in most departments as in the past their were few. I can find certain items (odo-ban for one) that I cant find anywhere else.

Online order placed. Attempted to pickup curbside. After waiting for 30 minutes, I went inside to find the order was not ready or complete. It took another 45 minutes to pull the order correctly. Horrible experience.

I want to report an incident related to a carpet cleaning machine rented at Collierville Home Depot store, Tennessee. I had picked up the machine at around 7:23pm Wednesday on March the 18th, 2020 and the intial plan was to keep it for 4 hours. As I needed more time, I decided to keep it for 24 hours. So, I went back to the store the next day Thursday around 7pm to return it. However, they had closed the shop at 6pm without notifying me - there was only a written paper notice on the door notifying that they are closing at 6pm. There was absolutely no mention or a phone call or a message ever stating that they are closing early. When I went there to drop off at 7pm, the guy at the door asked me to comeback next day. So, I went there again the next day Friday around 1pm and I was charged 20 dollars extra because of the delay.My question is - how can they charge me extra when there was absolutely no communication to me. Also, how can they even expect that I will go back there before 9am Friday (even when there was no communication) just because the store decided to close early the previous day? Am I supposed to throw my personal duties away to rush to return because the business closed early the previous day?I tried to explain with no positive result at the customer service desk. It was not a matter of 20 bucks anymore, instead it is a matter of principal. They called the manager (the manager was a woman, dont know the name) who asked them to charge me extra. I argued with the supervisor present there (dont know the name - a tall blonde young guy who had asked me to comeback next day on Thursday). But, same result, I had to pay extra. I left after paying, but I had told them that I was going to give them a negative review.The incident happened at Collierville Home Depot, Tennessee at around 1pm, Friday the 20th, 2020 at the Customer Service Desk.

Courtesy and professionalism were present on the evening that I shopped there, and the store appearance was neat, clean and organized. I enjoyed my shopping experience even though the store doesnt stock all of what I wanted (shop towels or wash towels).

Helping Owners Master Everything DEPOT: sometimes its all about timing and location; and in this case, this particular HD provided a quality level of service. It is that time of year when there is a lot to do to ensure that the outside of the home is as well kept as the inside. With the weather being so cooperative this was an opportunity to grab a few things via their online/site pickup option and total sales dependent, shipping for none in-store items was free. The customer service staff was friendly and helpful. As with all stores, there were quite a few sales going on that, as I explained to the associate would be on my got to have it list for later! 😎
