Incredible experience. I wanted a pair of Lucchese Rodney boots, and not even Lucchese had them in my size. I searched the internet, and found Hewlett & Dunn. They picked up the phone and assisted me in finding the pair, and they took the time to send pictures of both of the pairs to me. I selected the pair I liked, gave my information over the phone, and they packaged the boots up. It is now 20 hours later, and I am wearing the new boots.This is genuinely exceptional service, and I will give all of my boot business to Hewlett & Dunn in the future.

This store had the very last of a certain item I was looking for, and an internet search for this product led me to their store, however their online checkout didnt allow shipping to Canada or even checking out with a Canadian billing address. So, I phoned them and within 15 minutes they had taken my product off the shelf and had me a shipping quote to Canada, which they even split with me (I didnt ask them to, they offered to!). My item just arrived in Canada 2 days ago in perfect form.I couldnt imagine better service, and would love to stop by their store in person some day. Super friendly and accommodating and Im very happy I called there.

Southern class and quality.I used to live in Collierville and after moving away I realize what a great boot and leather store this place is. Over the years I have purchased multiple boots (incredible service from a family feel staff) and belts.I have received countless compliments on both, and I have yet to see another leather store that can match the quality.I recently sent a pair of what I thought were destroyed boots to be re-soled and was stunned by how incredible they look and feel when I got them back. My wife and I have purchased many pairs of boots here over the years, along with horse tack while it was still being carried. The service has always been consistent and knowledgeable. I just stopped in today to purchase another pair of Justin work boots. Reasonable pricing as well. A little higher than online retailers, but Ill happily pay the extra money to a solid local business with good customer service.

My husband loves this store! Ill be honest, Ive never really been a fan of this store until a few weeks ago. My husband took me to this store to look for a knife for his boss. He found one he really liked and I decided that would be a great Christmas gift. I went back 2 weeks after and couldnt remember which knife he liked the best. A man named Barry not only went above and beyond for me, but he sold me a knife that was actually cheaper than the one I thought my husband wanted! Ive ordered boots off Ebay for years. Im so glad I went to Hewlett Dunn to try the Thorogood boots I had been shopping. I would have never got the proper fit if not. The young men that helped me out were great, as well as the manger who stepped in to help.

I walked in ready to purchase a pair of boots. We were greeted by a lady eating her lunch. I was directed to a young man for help. He asked if i was there for men’s or women’s. I told him women’s so he pointed towards the room, told me they were alphabetized and that was it. I asked about a specific brand and style. He wasn’t familiar and said to figure it out he would have to have a catalog. Then he left. And older man approached and simply said “all we have are out.” I never saw the young man or the catalog again. They lost a customer and a sale. Of course then we ventured into a gift shop where both middle aged ladies were texting on their phones and never once greeted us. So maybe it’s just the way it is....

They always have the friendliest service. Love their boots. This time I pick up the cutest ball cap for bad hair days. :)

Cant speak for the boots, but their antique knife selection is great. And the guy I dealt with knew all about them. Would definitely recommend, and Ill probably be back for more.

About 3 wks ago i called H&D to see about red cowgirl boots . I was told on the phone they had them in stock and the price range. It was more than what i wanted 2 pay so i kept searching online, calling stores snd going to stores. I called H&D again today as my heart is set on red cowgirl boots. I was put on hold but forgotten about but when i called back the emp apol 2 me. When i went out there she was very helpful and i tried my boots on and they are absolutely beautiful !! I left there w/o them as i still was uneasy about price so when i got home i called other places i hadnt called b4 and ck other websites i hadnt ck out and i decided i would return tomorrow 2 get the ones i really wanted @ H&D even tho they are more than i wanted 2 pay for. There was another pr online for about 30.00 cheaper and pretty close 2 these @ H&D and another pr @ another store about 25.00 cheaper but i decided these ppl gave gr8 cust serv on the phone and in person and they were very helpful 2 the other cust in there to. I believe in cust serv and i got it and know i will get the same tomorrow when i go pick up my boots as they are holding them for me !! I highly recommend them as the quality matters a lot also.
