I just visited Rack Room Shoes in Collierville, TN. I was there with my four children, to purchase a pair of Vans for Jayden. I saw a pair of white tennis shoes that were on sale, but upon further inspection the shoes had stains on them. I spoke with a very kind clerk, and she stated she would speak with her manager about the stains. She said she would also look them up to see if they had them in my size. She went to the back, and when she came back he was rubbing some product on the shoes. I said it looks ok, but I don’t really want to buy shoes that I will need to clean. He then goes into a talk about if he could he would give them to me for a little of nothing. I laughed and said “I am business owner, no you wouldn’t, and I smiled. I told them I didn’t want the white shoes, and I would just get Jayden’s shoes. At this point, this man is staring me down. He is literally glaring at me(roll the footage), and says to me “I am insulted by that statement, my family has been doing business in Collierville since 1863, my Uncle is a judge and my something is a something else(I cannot remember)”. At this point, I’m thinking wow, he is really mad. So, I look at the sweet clerk who refuses to look up and continues checking Jayden’s shoes, and the store manager, Payton states, “I need you to leave the store”, and again I am surprised because that’s never happened to me. Then as I walk out being as pleasant as I can be, I hear “I’m going to need a squad car”. Y’all I’m not joking or leaving anything out. I quietly shuffled my children to the car, advised a lady going in with her daughter that it would not be wise to enter right now. I keep it moving, get my kids in the car, and call customer service, and then left a message for the CEO of the company Mark Lardie. My children are traumatized. Parker said he was sad. Jayden said he was scared. They didn’t understand why he would call the police. This was the most disgusting experience of my life, and I cannot believe that I have to explain this type of story to my children in 2018.Payton, Store manager, was very rude and traumatized my children while in the store. This is unacceptable, and I cannot believe this person behaves the way he did in front of my four children.

I like Rack Room you get one pair of shoes and the 2nd pair is half off. The staff is pleasant and very helpful
