I called Capital Construction after having a handful of “contractors” to our home to quote some work on our upstairs. We didn’t need anything big, just a bit of a facelift. Capital Construction came through and we couldn’t be more pleased.The owner, Justin, is kind, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to listen to my thoughts and concerns and addressed them accordingly. Our project manager, Matt, tended to every detail and stayed on top of all of the ins and outs of our job. Mark, CC’s exceptional cabinet maker, created a GORGEOUS custom vanity for our bathroom. The painters, plumbers, electricians, installers, and anyone else that entered our home were kind, courteous, respectful, and produced quality work. It was clear from beginning to end that Capital Construction believes in quality work done right the first time.We couldn’t be happier with the results and look forward to Capital Construction completing more projects for us in the future.

Always kept me informed. I knew daily the update on my kitchen remodel. I also liked the decorating and design expert advise I received. I ended up with the kitchen I wanted and more.

Capital Construction was great from start to finish! We did a huge renovation to our house and they were reliable, hardworking, communicative through the whole process. They listened to what we wanted and brought amazing ideas of their own. They were honest about costs and would always keep us up to speed on what would be happening that week. The services we received from Designer wholesale by Capital Construction were terrific. They had a clear understanding of what we wanted and provided services to those specifications. I am very satisfied with the beautiful remodeling of my kitchen. The design help, and the workers craftsmanship and professionalism is to be commended. There were good communications and follow up on appointments by Capital Construction’s point person and the workers were always on time and in many cases went the extra mile to ensure the job was done right.

Had a great experience using CC to install a closet for my wife as a wedding present. Drew was very easy to work with and the crew he sent was extremely professional. They did a great job and even took the extra time for artistic and aesthetic touches. They did detailed sanding, cleaned up after themselves, and even patched and painted over some holes so the new closet looked perfect.Thanks so much guys! I would definitely recommend them to install a new closet and will probably be using them again in the near future.

They were amazing. I was so impressed with the 3D technology that allowed me to actually see how different designs and textures would look in my home. Destiny and her team were super friendly and very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I recommend them and their entire team.

Quality Work Done By Quality People! Definitely One Of The Best Home Remodeling Contractors In The Mid South. They Also Work With All The Lowes In-house Financing For Home Remodeling. Definitely Should Check It Out If Planning To Do Some Home Restorations.

Starting with customer service, everyone was very professional. Justin the project manger was very prompt and explained the complete process. Andy brought the guys out and explained the job in further detailed, but it was Lonnie who did the exceptional work on the backsplash. We are very pleased and would highly recommend all of them.

We were very happy with Capital Construction for the renovation of our master shower stall. The inclusion of a heated floor as well as new valves, tile & glass meant several different work crews. Drew did an excellent job of coordinating everyone. The job ran smoothly and the end result is beautiful. I wouldnt hesitate to hire Capital again.

We have used CC twice now and have been very pleased. They were prompt and stayed within budget. They replaced rotten wood, painted exterior, new gutters, built new columns for back patio. We were very pleased and would use them again.

Had an amazing experience working with Designer Wholesale to remodel my master bathroom. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Remodeling can be a stressful experience; however, working with Justin and Designer Wholesale made the experience enjoyable. Would definitely use Designer Wholesale again in the future.

Steve came and talked me through repairs that were requested from a buyers home inspection. He was honest and explained each item in terms I could understand. Many of the repairs were items that another company had done inadequately and he encouraged me to hold the original repairmen accountable for their work. He could have easily taken advantage of my situation - but he cared more about making sure my situation was resolved fairly and cost effectively. Because of Stevens integrity - I will not hesitate to call Capital Construction for my next project and Ill be confident it will be done right the first time by a company that stands by their work.

Very informative on the quote and very good job done. Kept me up to date with all the items being worked on and when they were scheduled to be completed. Ive used them multiple times and Ive always been happy with the results.

Will definitely use again. This was my first experience with them and I was completely satisfied with the professional company representation displayed by every person in and out of my residence during the process. The level of detail given to every process of the installation to the final clean up was greatly appreciated.

I hired them several times. Had to ask them to do some work over because it was poorly done. Most of the crew did not speak English so I had to call capitol construction to find out what they were doing and why. Then after they replaced tile and recommended and installed a bathroom exhaust fan I called them back because there was mold in the grout. They wanted over $5000 to replace and install a NEW exhaust fan!! When I asked if better business bureau could mediate they refused to answer my emails any more. Also every time the owners came to our house they wanted to tell me about some “really big house” they were remodeling. Made me feel like my job was not their prime concern.

Had minor *exterior* repair work done to our house. The members of the crew pushed several times to get a key to the house so they could use the restroom while I was at work. Not even a month after the job was finished, our trailer disappeared along with several other valuable items. Not trustworthy or punctual.

My wife and I are very pleased with the two bathrooms we had remodeled recently. The workmanship was fantastic...so much so that we hired hem for another project not two weeks later!

I had to get a house ready to sell, I called CC and Steve Strange came out and gave me a quote. I had a list of several items to be repaired on the inside and outside of the house. They performed the work when they said they would and did an excellent job in doing it. Steve has followed up on all task and stayed in contact with me thru the whole process. Most definitely will use them again!!

Capital not only was prompt with the estimate which was exactly what I paid. They are fast, neat and very professional. We had tried three different contractors to bid and do the work. capital bid and finished the work in less than a week from bid to finish. The work was done a mass of people in one day! WOW! they are excellent!!!!!!!!!

Justin with Capital Construction came to the house and explained what all to expect, as they were to remodel our Kitchen. The quality of the work was only exceeded by the workers that did the job. They were all on time and all seemed to care very much about their work.As President of our HOA, Im using them on a larger project now and expect it to will be a terrific job when complete.

I had water damage done to my home from my hot water heater. Daniel and Ronald with Captial Construction and their crews did an outstanding getting job getting our house back to normal in a timely manner while staying under budget. Everyone was very professional and the work was done with excellence. I will most definitely use them again for any construction project I have in the future.

I had bathroom and floor work done with Capital Construction. It was the first time working with Captial Construction. Drew was my assigned contractor. Everything worked out very well. The price was good, significantly lower than another contractor quoted for the same job earlier, neat and tidy workmanship, availability, timely start and finish as planned. I am glad that I found Capital Construction.

Capital Construction completed out job professionally and on time. They always had someone we could speak with if we had any questions. They made sure we knew exactly what we should expect and they over delivered. We couldnt have asked for more.

A nightmare from day one. Had them out to do a corrugated metal roof on an enclosed porch in our back yard. First, I believe one member of the crew spoke English. Second, there was evidence of shoddy work from the get go. Nails poking through the sides of boards that would have been left had I not pointed them out. Also, they almost just covered up a board that was completely rotted from moisture, and only fixed the issue when I pointed it out. After the job was done, they had to return to replace some wood on the structure that had damage from nails sticking out. 6 months later, the brand new roof leaked again. The crew that came out said a temporary flashing was used around the chimney instead of a permanent one. It would need to be replaced. I recorded my conversation with this gentleman when he informed me the crew who had done my work were no longer employed by Capital. It is now a few years old and because of the poor workmanship (Rotten wood, nails sticking everywhere, incomplete and incorrect construction), we are probably going to have to replace the entire roof again. I am in the process of dealing with these guys, and they have been unconcerned and dismissive of my complaints to this point. Considering hiring legal representation in this matter. Please save yourselves the headache and money and hire another company. You have been warned!!!
