I like this store because They have great customer service. Made my transition from Sprint super easy. I set an appointment and they had me in and out. The rep Kenny was knowledgeable answered ALL my questions. Definitely would recommend him!
I normally dont bother with typing reviews as I dont see this to be very useful. But in this case I was so frustrated, something needs to be said. I visited the store Tuesday 12-10, to reload my account for another year. I have had no trouble doing this year after year. When I came in last night a blond lady kept insisting that my plan is no longer active, and that she could not take a payment for another year. she talked over my best option which was conveniently me to buying a new phone and setting up a new account. All this was going to cost me $20 a month plus taxes. Thinking this was my only option I left to go get cash to purchase the new phone and start the new plan. When I got back to the store her and another guy rushed me to a table to hurry up and get me to set up the new plan and continuously told me I could not keep my old plan or refill my minutes. Because their behavior was odd I left and called a customer service number. they told me that I should have no problem refilling my account in a store on my phone or over the phone. they could not understand why the store was not able to see that my account was clearly active for another 90 days. these people flat-out lied to me and told me the only prepaid plan available was a $40 plan and that I could not keep my old account. This was completely untrue!! they will try to pressure you into buying something in the store to grow their commission checks that is all they care about. I was able to get my plan set for another year and I will never be coming back to the store again.
I love this store!! The customer service is EXCELLENT! They always get me in and out when I visit this location. Their so nice and always let me know about promotions I can take advantage of! I Definitely get more for my money with T-Mobile that’s for sure!

If youre a Jump On Demand customer I would skip this store.Visited twice for JOD transactions, once to upgrade and today to turn in a phone that I upgraded to using T-Force. Both visits resulted in misinformation to avoid having to process anything related to JOD. A different store in the area was able to easily complete the trade in that this store said was only able to be mailed in.
Worst ever experience in this store. I bought a LG k30 Mobile 4 days back and went to return this mobile as mobile had some issue if someone calls it says switch off. The phone was not in usable condition as I missed many important calls. Store assistant manager Shenna Hicks agreed to return the device with $25 restocking fee. She said first I will take $50 and later will credit $25. I agreed on that and returned the device. Later when I asked when are you going to credit the $25 then she said since you purchased this device from another store, I will not give you credit back. I had the invoice with me where it was clearly mentioned the store name. She took the mobile and did not return $25 which she committed to credit back. I will never go to T-Mobile Houston Levee store and request the store manager to take action against her. She took the phone as well as full restocking fee. She had her way finally.

I visited the T-Mobil store on Houston Levee and I was amazed from the service I got from Kiana Hall, Emanuel and Travis. They took the time to explain to me my phone with a smile. Thank you so much you are the best.
I wish I could give it no stars! But on iPhone told the sales person that I was going to Adaline to get an iPhone for free wink wink wasn’t free told the sales person I was going to use the iPhone on my number and the Sim card that I bought the phone with I was just going to put it in the closet The two sales person said yeah you can do that added insurance how did the screen protector that’s $40 I never had this much trouble with anything my entire life Sim card are used an iPhone SE all of a sudden had no insurance on my iPhone XR but I had AppleCare on the iPhone SE Spent four days on the phone finally got coverage for my XR When in the store to talk to the manager she was busy chatting with some other sales lady and would even help I pay 258. A month maybe it’s time to go back to ATT at least they will talk with a customer instead of not Acknowledging there’s an issue
I been with ATT since cingular. my mom went into T-mobile and told me how the rep Trevis helped her save money by changing her plan and he took time to help her sign into her apps all while making her laugh (which is hard to do). I just have to go check him out and thank him for helping her, she still laughing and talking about him.after seeing what he saved her IM SWITCHING.

I will never go to With T-Mobile! I drove to 3 different locations and nobody can print me a copy of my bill! Ridiculous! And called 611 and was told I can walk in any T-Mobile store and get it.
First time in Marco Island Fl came into Tmobile to do an upgrade and the service was GREAT. Thank you Marrion and Bebe
