I took my daughter in on Saturday and we had a great time. We have not been in build a bear in quite a few years and decided to walk in and see what was new. They had a special going on where we could make two bears for $45 which seemed OK. All the staff was very friendly and helpful and kind. My daughter was very happy with the two Pokémon stuffy‘s that she made and we will probably be back soon

There was 2 lady’s there working when I went in one seemed to be way more experienced then the other…. The one lady didn’t sew my pikachu right and my sons bear came undone in the back like a day prior she didn’t know how to stuff the bear correctly ethier didn’t put hearts or anything like that the other lady had to step in several times to help I get learning but if your messing up somthing ask for help the stars are for the lady who helped way more and fixed the mess up worst experience in a build a bear ever … date was November 5th around 1-2pm also messed up the price was supossed to be 2 for 42 and I paid full price she didn’t seem to know how to run the register ethier…

The whole experience here is always a lot of fun. They were out of stock on a couple of the bears but we found something my daughter liked. They have tons of cute outfits. The employees were great and the heart ceremony is adorable.

My kids had a great time. It wasnt to busy. My kids are already planning their next visit😂

All of our kids had a wonderful time stuffing, dressing, and accessorizing their bears. Staff was exceptionally friendly, patient, and experienced. We loved it!

This place is a blast. Took my 7 year old for her birthday. Things got a little out of hand but I did not realize what a selection they had. Its not just clothes. Furniture and accessories galore. I signed up for the loyalty program so my daughter also got a birthday bear for $7. The staff was super extra nice and since I had to hock my kidney because I let my daughter go nuts, I really appreciated the little spiel they do when stuffing the bear and the little certificate they print when you name the bear. It isnt the kind of place I will go very often but it was perfect for a birthday or special occasion and good for boys, girls and even adults. You could get in and out under $50 but you would need to steer clear of the accessories.

Great place to build your own stuffed animal. My daughter had a gift certificate for here. She came in, picked out what she wanted, and built her reindeer. The staff is great. Walks the kids thru the building process. Going thru each step to include them to get exactly what they want for their animal. Then we set down at the computer and filled out the birth certificate and named her reindeer. It was a memorable experience for my 6 year old. She loves her reindeer, Peppermint.

My daughter loved it and my husband and I were impressed with the service and variety of options. A bit pricey but we anticipated that.

Clean environment and the staff was helpful and nice. It was a little disorganized on the process trying to move two 4 yr old girls and a 3 year old through the process but all in all it was a entertaining and fun time.
