Always have a line with only one register open. I visit this aldi often and this is how it always is. Only one additional register was opened after the line was basically to the freezer section.One employee’s register was processing payments incorrectly and instead of having manners and saying “Hey, my register is down, can I send some customers over here to pay?” She just sends customers over to finish in front of the already long line of customers, further extending the long line of customer’s wait time. This is a simple thing that could’ve just been handled with more courtesy. So annoying that customer service is basically in the toilet now.

One checkout line open on a busy Saturday. A manager who was talking down to the cashier, who was doing a incredible job might I add. Nobody could believe how rude she was to him. The manager clearly should have stopped being a bully, open another checkout line & start checking herself to help ease the flux.

This is the line at 5 on Friday. Only one cashier during peak time. What kind of management is this??

Never been to an Aldis before. Didnt know what to do with shopping cart. Checkout person was busy with customers, so looked for other staff or mgr couldnt find anyone. I left without shopping.

This store has the best variety of foods yet is smaller than a huge Kroger, which I prefer. All their items are nonbrand names and are so much cheaper than a big store. I have never been disappointed with any food I have bought here. Excellent quality and value. Nice and clean store!

Well laid out and makes it easy to save money on your grocery bill. Dont be afraid to try out their store brands. 4 dollars for a 4 pack of their red bull. Lots of beers and wines that punch way above their price tag as well. You can walk out with nearly a weeks worth of food for $100 if you plan ahead and dont jump on the miscellaneous stuff in the middle aisles

The staff is kind of rude I was almost mowed down by a lady pulling a pallet of milk she couldnt say excuse me she just pushed her way through and almost ran over me.The cashier was annoyed because I asked her for a solid quarter in exchange for two dimes and a nickel.

The is the Best ALDI location I have found in the Memphis metro area. Ample parking, not a lot of traffic, and the store is one of the larger ones as well, and is always clean and well-stocked.

Many of their store brands are better than name brand items. Some are not though. The whole wheat white bread is better than any name brand that Ive tried. Its fresher, more uniform in shape and 1/2 the price of others. Several other products fall into this category. The double guarantee is great, but you have to remind them. Ive only had to use it a few times and usually get a replacement and my money back. The worst product Ive bought there was a pack of ground beef patties. They were so full of fat they all burst into flames on the grill. All in all, Aldi is a great value.

Anytime I shop at this Aldi, it is always so clean and everyone here is helpful. Such a wide selection. Highly recommend!

These poor people! They were doing such a great job trying to make sure that they got new products out, remove empty boxes from shelves and get the long lines of customers checked out as quickly as they possibly could.

They have more organic selections and the prices are still unbeatable. I love this places, it’s the only place that you can walk out with a shopping cart full of food and only pay roughly $150.

Great prices, decent selection. Not a lot of vegan options but they have plenty of snacks for kids. They also have some specialty cheeses and meats. Best avocado prices in the city currently at $0.69 a piece! Produce quality can be hit or miss. I can buy a bag of tomatoes that will rot in 2 days from bruises and still be firm on the unbruised parts.

This is my Aldi. Its really the only place I grocery shop. I love it! I keep a quarter and reusable grocery bags in my car at all times and swing in there when I need to. I love their products. I especially look forward to what I call the stuff aisle. Thats the seasonal non-food goodies that they get in each week. You have to look at the ads to see whats coming because supplies are limited. Their Aldi App is very handy for that as well. If youve never been, you really should give it a good try. Its worth it for the savings and the food really is good. My husband used to be a skeptic, but hes done the shopping there too and even brags on them now. The ONLY negative is that the lines can get long with usually only 1 register open...2 on a good day.

I havent been here for a couple of years now, and cant figure out why. The selection is excellent and the prices are significantly less than the big grocery chains.

They used to be worth 6 stars out of 5, but now they keep managing to freeze their produce during shipping which causes it to rot before it ripens. Other than that, you can buy way more food for way less and still get in and out in under 15 minutes.

Love Aldis, we get everything we need and more within the budget thanks to their low prices.

This also is a lot cleaner than the one on Germantown Parkway. The produce looks a lot fresher. It is normally not that crowded. It is very easy to spot from the road (directly across from Walmart)

I dont normally shop here but I went and casually exploring and was very impressed with the bag of frozen snow crab legs that I purchased. They turned out great and they were very affordable. I would like to be able to shop here more, but the only downside is they consistently or inconsistent in terms of products and Brands being in stock! Im sure a lot of other people have the same problem. If youre looking to shop and save, this is a no-brainer. But, if youre looking for something specific, you may not always be able to find it here. Kroger is more reliable than my opinion for consistent all-in-one shopping.

I love Aldi whether Im at a local store or out of town. I like the remodeled Collierville store but wish they would have used the layout used at the Germantown Parkway location where the produce is at the back of the store. Produce area as soon as you enter the store creates a traffic jam and makes it difficult to enter the store.Grand opening day was remarkable. There were over 200 people there when the doors opened and the employees handled it like it was a normal crowd. Hats off to the training this required.

I was a bit disappointed 😞. I can not ever find some of the sale items I am looking for, even if I go first thing on the first day of their sale.... Not sure how they do their ordering???
