I ordered furniture from them on Etsy; spent a couple grand. Big mistake. No communication from them; no response to messages about when they would ship. Then, Jim messages, We will let you know... we are expecting a shipment next week. This made no sense. Did they not have the stuff they sold me? More silence in response to my questions. Then they said that they were painting the furniture. Suspicious, that they actually didnt have the furniture, I asked for a photo. No response. Last Monday, they messaged, We will send you photos by Friday. Friday and Saturday passed, no photo. When I pressed for a ship date, Jim responded, Next week.... which, I pointed out, is not a date. No response. Ultimately, I contacted my credit card fraud department. They said they refunded me today. Im hopeful but skeptical. No credit has yet appeared im my account. These people are sketchy. Their store is sketchy. Run away

My wife and I were blown away by this hidden gem. Its like walking in to a dream full of up-cycled furniture, magical tidbits, and beautiful décor. Theres so much character!

Horrible customer service. Just try to find someone to wait on you. They act like theyre doing you a big favor by acknowledging your presence. Since I was just shopping there for Dixie Belle products, Ill drive a longer distance just because to get better service.

Horrible customer service. I walked in to the place and looked around, and couldnt seem to find anyone working there. I did find their half eaten lunch. After looking for someone and wandering around the place I was greeted by a lovely lady who didnt look up from her phone the entire time I was talking to her. After finding out that virtually none of the prices of the stuff is available in store I visited the website to find out that everything is price gouging at best. The best part of this place is leaving it.

BUYER BEWARE: I bought a dresser from this company which arrived damaged & chipped. Before he shipped the dresser I specifically said I do not want a furniture piece with chips or damages, even though his website said that his furniture can include that. He replied Ok, then sent it anyway. When it arrived damaged the owner gave me a hard time about returning it & said UPS damaged it, & offered to send COVER-UP PAINT instead of actually rectifying the situation. Then he said he would take it back & send UPS to my house. He LIED- because he never sent UPS. I sent multiple messages to him & even called the store but UPS never came. He made up lies about me to Etsy, so when I opened up the claim they sided with him (they will side with big sellers sometimes, its corrupt). I had to escalate it to my bank. 0 stars. Shameful.

It is a beautiful piece. There are a few negative things I experienced to knock it down to 3 stars:1- not very responsive and did not answer specific questions in the message.2- under quoted estimated shipping and did not proactively reach out when we were past the initial delivery estimate, I had to reach out. I am okay with waiting, however, not okay with feeling forgotten.3- there is no top coat or clear coat over the chalkboard paint. This allows MAJOR chips in the paint to happen since there is no protective clear coat. Had to spend a weekend repairing the chips with my own chalkboard paint as none was provided. I even requested upon purchase as instructed to and it did not arrive.4- there is a hair on the flat desk part that will live there forever. I understand human error and for the price, I would expect better.It did come packaged very well and I DID get the furniture.

DONT SHOP HERE......not upfront and honest.

I was told I would receive the two pieces I ordered in 6-8 weeks. Its been 121/2 weeks. Ive called repeatedly. Ive been told they would look it up and get back to me. But have not gotten a return call. Sometimes theres no one to answer at all and no answering machine. Im very sorry I ever ordered from them. Terrible experience.
