The Manager on duty 11/2/2021 was very rude and dismissive to my child and myself. Very arrogant. Made a point to tell me and my child that it was his last week working at this store. He stated he was going back to his $55/hr job soon. Idk why that was important for us to know. He was not apologetic when I asked him why he left us in the lobby alone after he kept insisting that I was upset. I really do hope he will be leaving metro soon. Hes not for good business and his customer service was horrible!!

Have tp give a star so ill use one... I wanted to ungrade to a stylo 6 and needed a sim card replace on another line ... And the boy at the store said he cant do a sims and was not going to open a phpne to get a sims card...so needless to say we left .. Went to granite and the lady did it roght on the spot no hesitating....
