Today Kayla at the Collinsville T Mobile store helped me transfer my phone service to my new T Mobile account. She actually provided beyond 5 star service! She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and had such a cooperative and positive outlook. It was the first time I had met her. I can truthfully say you will not find a more capable, personable customer service employee anywhere!! She was great.

Went into this T-Mobile store to switch my service over. Was greet by Mike who was very helpful and friendly. He got me switched over in a timely manner. Great experience at this store. Will use this store again, if I ever need to go in for service.

Today August,15 went in there was a lady and a guy that were very helpful today😊 with me trying to return the home Internet after I had went to granite t-Mobil and they were not helpful at all said they could not do nothing. Was just in the store getting ready to add a line to my account and I noticed the galaxy watch. I have a fitbit and was also deciding if I wanted to do that today too. I was looking at the watch and the alarm on it started going off. I walked away from it while the alarm was still sounding and my friend asked what I did. I explained I was just looking at it while I started walking back to the watch. The team member behind the counter then stated in a rude tone to stay away from it. I turned around to look at her and the look on her face made me feel like I should be there and I was an inconvenience. I will not be going back to this location. I now feel awkward there. Maybe they should train their team on making guests feel comfortable and welcomed. Thinking of switching to att or Verizon.

Lily was super helpful! I had a cluster$&(@ of a situation to deal with and I’ll admit I got a bit flustered (to no fault of hers) and she was patient with me all the way through! Eventually she resolved my issue and I left happy! 10/10 would recommend!

After speaking with T Mobile customer service, they instructed me to go to a TMobile store for a 5g SIM card and that I would not be charged for it. It is supposed to be in the notes on my account, but the staff was so adamant that I pay $10 for a new SIM they didnt even bother to look at my account.I will NEVER recommend this location. The only one that was half way concerned with customer service was the guy (there were 2 females).ZERO STARS!!

I had my tablet looked at by three different T-Mobile locations because my device would not text.I talked to tech support at T-Mobile, and even a Samsung tech support. None if them could solve this issue. Only one person did; Ms Kayla. I was so grateful.

We received the poorest service I have ever received at any store. It did not deserve even one star. The customer service rep, Jade, was much more involved with her Zoom class, than taking care of us as the customer. I learned more from my Sprint app, than she appeared to know. We left with no success.

Went in for a promotion on the T-Mobile Tuesday app since my phone is on a T-Mobile plan. The promotion was only good for two days, beginning the day I was there. I went in and was helped and told them why I was there. I opened the promotion to redeem the offer while I waited on Amber. I handed Amber my phone so she could see the promotion. Amber fiddled around with it for a second and then when Amber gave me my phone back Amber accuse me of lying about having the promotion, accused me of already using it, and told me it wasnt valid. Amber did not seem to be aware of the terms of the promotion or how to use the T-Mobile Tuesday app as a T-Mobile employee. Amber was very rude and very fast to accuse customers of wrong doing.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO PAY THE PROPER AMOUNT ON YOUR BILL. I hate to be this brutal but the employees at this store are simply incompetent. They screwed me over when my LG V10 died and flat out lied to me about how much my bill would go up when upgrading to my Galaxy S7 Edge. I paid for all accessories in-store and the employee helping me didnt say that I paid for it all and put every penny on my bill, which means I am getting charged double for my phone case, memory card and screen protector, which amounts to an extra 100 dollars.Now on to the lying: my bill was supposed to go up by $6/month INCLUDING tax and insurance. It went up by $19/month and the employee said there was nothing wrong with what she did. This location used to have intelligent people but this person is costing me a full years worth of motorcycle insurance, just to put things in perspective.

Horrible customer service recently in the past few months. Be aware of “free” gifts with purchase/upgrade. We were told half truths about a promotion that left us paying for “free” items. Staff gave us the run around and didn’t explain everything about the promotion. Won’t go here again and won’t continue phone service with T-Mobile.

Hit or miss. Some of the staff are courteous and helpful others are rude and not helpful.Warranty replacement on a six month old phone has been painful. Kendra was rude and promised Id have the replacement delivered by Saturday. Its schedule to be delivered Monday......after I leave town. Another week without a phone.Hope that you have someone that can help you wait on you or be prepared to make 5 phone calls to customer care and 4 trips to the store. Soooooo painful.

Worst service possible. I got in line behind 3 other people and forty minutes later one of those three was yet to be waited on as was myself. There were three people working and they were far more interested in telling jokes, teasing and flirting with a couple of young ladies who werent even purchasing anything than performing their intended function.This is the second time(out of two tries) that I have had freewheeling and slothful service from this location. The first time they also proved themselves to be inept and lacking knowledge of their own products. I wrote a review then too, but it has disappeared?Go to Edwardsville if you need a T-Mobile store in this area. The drive time will be far less than what you will wait inside this location.
