I havent been in FYE since before the pandemic, but I really enjoyed my visit today. The cashier was really nice, knowledgeable, and from what I saw, she was great at her job. She quickly stopped what she was doing to price check an item for me & got us checked out quickly. This visit was one of my best experiences at FYE.

It had a wonderful selection of collectable items. From Ramen to Marvel, they got you covered.

FYE got great stuff because I brought me a shang chi jacket and super7 back to the future marty mcfly figure 👍

One of THE coolest store in the tri-cities area!!!

The store was neat and clean and the cashier very courteous.

As always, it was a fun experience. I like how they have the Funko Pops categorized now so that it is easier to find what you are looking for. If you come to FYE often, I would recommend getting the VIP membership because it saves you money and you get other benefits with it also.

Awesome store! I loved everything about it. I found Dr. Who, Marvel, and DC. Got to check out the huge candy they have there, YUMMY 😋🤤

My son loves this store, he can things here that you cant find other places.

Horrible customer service I was standing at the front counter for over 5 mins just to ask it the store sold a certain item. There were 3 employees standing around laughing and talking. They ignored me until I got fed up and said something to them. I will never stop here again!

Counter person was pleasant and attentive ; would shop there again.

What a great variety of items. I should buy stock! I get movies, full seasons of favorite tv shows, and now BTS and Anime stuff for my granddaughters. Clean store, great staff, good prices.

Cool novelty stuff like things Ive seen online and Facebook. Cool variety of decor things and Marvel novelty things etc. Picked up some good ol dvds too. Friendly staff

A great FYE. I never really see these stores anymore, so it is always a pleasant surprise and burst of nostalgia when I find one.

The staff is always friendly and helpful, this is one of my favorite stores.

Great place to buy pop culture related merchandise. Solid selection of t-shirts and Pop figures.

Their K-Pop selection has diminished by quite a bit.

So glad these places are still around - no one sells CDs! Not best buy, Walmart, target etc. Specialty stores like this are more important than ever

I really love this store but was unable to find what I was looking for on this trip. I did get some ideas for future gifts for Christmas.

The only remaining FYE in the Richmond area, it seems. They have a ton of stuff in the store but inventory is not always well maintained/organized. Went to buy a new CD and they checked and said they had one in stock, but we couldnt find it. Nice selection of used stuff, though.

Store is very dusty. Not sure if any cleaning is being done with the early slclosing hours. Selection is about half what there once was.

Not bad. Went there with my daughter about a week ago. A number of the shelves were quite messy and unorganized. The prices were way too high. Then, there were absolutely no prices on a number of things that my daughter and I wanted to buy. We got so frustrated, that we gave up and left.

Really nice place. Clean and organized. Got some really good used movies and tv shows, a Pop figure and a CD. Nice prices on certain things. Overall, really good place.

Great prices and even greater deals

I use to love going here but I dont anymore. The waitresses seem racist or stuck up. Thats why I didnt leave a tip. I should feel welcomed and acknowledged from the time arrived until I leave. My waitress only paid attention to her white customers. She ignored us so many times and we only seen her during the order and to pay the bill. Never again. !

Great service. So many things to look at and awesome socks. Whats not to like??

The employees were very helpful and awesome customer service skills Id recommend to anyone.

Has a decent selection of DVDs(they dont have any seasons of Evening Shade, but nobody else does either) The music selection is good even though they slack in the country genre.

Always great deals available good selection of new/used CDs and DVDs at a great price.

They have got a lot of cool stuff from many fandoms and the employees are all very kind.

A great store, most of the store is very clean and very visually appealing. This store Is a little bit costly and the people are sometimes a bit rude but other then that most people Ive dealt with are great and very nice people.

Overall fandom store with many different genres. You can get a variety of anime, wizard, music, wrestling, cartoon, and other fandom gear and accessories. You can buy vinyls, sweatshirts, hoodies, t-shirts and even beanies. Only downfall is some things are overpriced. Much is reasonably priced though.
