My car was damaged in the hail storm like so many others, I called 5 different windshield places and all were booked out until late Aug. early Sept. I called mobile glass and the gentleman I spoke with was very nice! He told me things to watch out for with other companies, before he even knew he had my business. I asked when they could come out and they said Friday the 5th and I was so excited they could come so soon! Friday rolled around and 7:45pm I got a call (window for replacement was 4-8pm) apparently they forgot to load my windshield into the truck, so I had to wait until Monday 11-3pm. Monday rolled around and I didnt hear anything until 2pm when I called and was informed he wouldnt arrive until 4pm. That part was a little disappointing, lack of communication I guess. Either way, I get it. These guys probably have a thousand windshields to replace in such a short period of time that things get a little hectic! Installation was a breeze when it finally happened, and Im very happy with the end result! Thanks again!

With my husband deployed, Murphys Law always kicks in Anything that can go wrong, will go wrong. A rock chipping my windshield then spreading within hours is no exception. After calling around, CSMG was amazing! Kristen was super friendly and helpful. The tech was on time and had my new windshield installed in 25 mins. Highly, highly recommend.

Our brand new truck received a windshield-length crack after only having it one week. We booked an appt the very next day after contacting Mobile Glass. I work on Peterson and Travis was able (after waiting in a VERY long line to get on base) to come and replace my windshield in less than 20 minutes. I would definitely use this company again!

Over two weeks ago I had a great conversation with Jack on the phone. He was willing to talk with me on how to get my price down by giving them a review on Facebook. But then Jenna tried to confirm with me yesterday and I could not get back with them until 5:11 because I was working. I tried calling multiple times saying not to leave a message due to storms. ??? I am not sure what is going on with that. I worked out of town yesterday and it was very warm in Denver. Anyway, I got nasty emails from Jenna telling me to go somewhere else that they dont want my business. I hope that Jenna is not the wife of the owner, that is not an acceptable way to run a business.

Today, I had scheduled an appt with another glass company only to be called less than 2 hours before the appt to say that they were overbooked and that they would have to reschedule me out at least another week. Needless to say, I cancelled right away. When I got off the phone, frustrated that I had planned this day just to get the windshield replaced, I immediately called Colorad Springs Mobile Glass. The receptionist is awesome and very friendly. She quickly got me a quote and when I explained my situation she didnt hesitate to find someone to do this same day!! When Travis called and said he was on his way he was very friendly and it only took him approximately 30 mins to install my new windshield!! I am so happy with the service I received and I will be referring my friends and family. Thanks

Not only are their prices reasonable and service quick, they went above and beyond to help me when I accidentally locked myself out of my car.

While my initial interaction was quite pleasant, once a problem arose, things became nasty. I had an immediate chip, attempted to call 3 times only to be told via message that I should text. I sent my concern and was immediately subjugated to rude texts, nasty language and general harassment for over 5 hours via text. Very rude customer service and an employee has posted a taunting ad on Facebook. I would not recommend this company ever.

These guys really took care of me, I had my back window busted out by hail and they cleaned up the mess and replaced the window no problem!
