Its a little challenging to find good customer service these days especially after covid, but Service Auto Glass was phenomenal. They showed up when they were supposed to, did a great job and had good prices. I highly recommend them.

The most amazing experience I’ve ever had with an auto shop. I shattered several windows driving home at 2 am and had work the next day at 5. I called John, the owner I believe, and he took my call and acted as if I was the only one he was concerned about. They even told me I could come in earlier than scheduled to fit me in and this is all still same day! Then they ran into some issues bc my car is a POS but when I told them that whatever they needed to do to get it done they had my blessing, and they did! They replaced 3 of my windows, same day, better quotes than I got anywhere else in the springs, they treated me like family, and I have a Saturn so the fact they even had Stock for my windows THE SAME DAY shocked me. These guys are wizards. I’ll never go anywhere else from now on. Also, their lobby is cozy and well air conditioned which made my experience even more top tier. I would give a million stars if I could.

We hired them to install a large tractor door which was one large piece of glass. Reception / scheduling team was friendly. We had a couple minor setbacks which was not their fault. (Missing parts from our vendor) They quickly and professionally took care of everything. Shannon our technician was professional and courteous. Very happy with service auto glass. Guys were very polite, punctual, and were quick workers. I got an appointment right away and they swapped out my windshield in under 30 minutes. It also helps that this was the most competitively priced company I came across in my search. I definitely plan on using them for all my future windshield replacements!

I was very pleased with the quality of workmanship and service provided by Jason. I had a sliding glass door replaced, and he was very thorough in determining the size and type of glass I needed for an exact replacement. This was very important to me because we have an energy star home and want to retain that certification. I couldnt be happier with my experience with Service Auto Glass and Jason, in particular.

My appointment was for same afternoon that I called. The personnel were friendly and professional. The receptionist helped me with the insurance and then got my Jeep into the shop right away. I waited only a very short time for the repair and the window looks awesome. I will definitely go back for any further rock chip repairs or window replacements.

UPDATE: 9-26-16: Greg came out, then let the office know what needed to happen. They set up another day. They called and let me know that Greg was sick and couldnt make it out, so they set up another day for me which was for today between 12 and 4. Well its 6:07 pm and I didnt hear anything from them. I lowered my rating. If possible I would give them less than 1 star. I will be using another company for future glass needs.I had a great experience with Greg the first time he came out. 100% satisfied (5 stars). I requested that he be sent out for my next repair work, Id wait for him. Someone else was sent out (2 hours after they told me they would be there) and I would say I was about maybe 10% satisfied (maybe). I called back and let them know the things were wrong (which were many). This guy did such a bad job that Im surprised he has a job there. Multiple parts around my windshield rattle. One of the moldings on the side was even so loose that it ripped off while I was going down the interstate. When I called and let them know what was wrong, they were nice about it and set up a new date to have Greg come out. If they werent as nice as they were and assigned Greg to come out I would have given them 1 star. My advice is, ALWAYS AND ONLY except Greg for the job. WAIT for him. Hell even explain what hes doing, in terms you can understand and treats you like you are his only customer that day! AMAZING!

This is the place to bring your vehicle for auto glass issues. Sons rear power window became dislodged from regulator and track. Took it to them and asked for an estimate. Their estimate came in lower than any other place in COS. They worked with me to effect a repair that was very fair. Their staff is friendly and very flexible. Would very highly recommend.

Horrible Service!!! As a customer of theirs for over ten years I was appalled by the service I didnt receive and by the way they spoke to me. First they lose my order and dont call me. Second, they order a new one in and its scratched. third, they dont order a replacement. A month goes by and I am still waiting to get a new windshield. Then the office woman, Linda, tells me they are soooooo busy they are only handling accounts. Why not tell me this in the first place. Why make me wait a month and tell me to go somewhere else. I did go somewhere else and will never be back!!

Fantastic customer service. She got me in the the very next day and provided a tech tl come pick up my vehicle due to the bad weather. They had it installed and waaaaay cheaper compared to what I was going to pay at the dealership and a groupon at cascade. I was sceptical because I got such a good deal, but it was fast, easy, and my windshield looks great!

Ive used them twice, its great being able to make an appointment and have them come out to replace your windshield at your house so you dont have to go wait at a shop for hours.

Unprofessional. Went here on a recommendation, and I will not do that again. Id rather pay more to go somewhere where the employees can communicate with each other and their customers. So many problems that could have been avoided if they just talked with each other rather than talking trash about other employees and businesses.

I dropped off a window frame on july 16th. After 3 weeks I called several times but only got voice mail. I went to the shop in person to ask about my order and they started a trace. Told me they would call me that night or in the morning. 2 days later and I am trying to reach them by phone again with no luck.

They are in unwilling to help me!!!!! I have a glass truck clamor and there are saying rust be hind windshield, so my problem they are not wanting to help. So if I get a ticket from our city for crack windshield they will talk to my lawyer!!!!
