Tim was awesome to deal with and very professional in his removal and installation. He was very careful not to scratch and used a string cutter in the removal, instead of the use of other tools. First time that I have seen this used.Highly recommend them for your repair or replacement

I have never had a problem with them. If you had and didnt call them back and give them a chance to correct it or make it right. Thats your problem. The dealer will tell you anything to get your money. I love this glass company I have used them many times. I have two jeeps and 3 other vehicles. We go to some back country and up in the mountains. So we get dings and brake a windshield every now and then. They always do a good job and are clean. They are always on time and they call before showing up. Very good!

Im very happy with choosing Performance Auto Glass of Colorado Springs. I called after hours and left a voicemail. I was contacted the very next morning and was quickly given a quote for replacing some glass on my vehicle. I was scheduled the very next day and told the technician would text me 15 minutes before he showed up at my location. He texted as promised and showed up on time and performed the work for the exact quote I was given over the phone. They did a great job and acted very professionally throughout the whole process. The tech was very friendly and professional! My windshield was replaced with great care. Will be giving them my windshield business from now on.

They were the preferred vendor of our insurance so we ended up using them twice. The first time, the front windshield seemed fine. Then on a hot day, the rearview mirror fell off. We took it to the dealer and it turns out the tech broke the clip that helped hold the mirror in place and when it got hot, it was just enough to melt the glue and have it fall off. The second time, the tech broke the rain sensor and we had to get that replaced at the dealer. . . Then we started hearing weird noises. The dealer found out the windshield had way too much glue on it and it was causing air pockets and the weird noises.
